I recently visited Chipotle to grab a bowl, but unfortunately, they were short on protein options when I arrived. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes before they restocked what I needed. While I usually enjoy their food and quick service, this visit was pretty disappointing. It would be great if they managed stock better, especially during busy hours, so customers don’t have to wait that long for essentials like protein.

I genuinely got nothing in my bowl. It is 1/2 empty. How do you do that. Just fill up the bowl. I’ve never seen anything like it. And you’d think because everything is so expensive these days, the employees would put at least a decent amount in the bowl.

Here are a summary of the experiences I’ve had at this restaraunt over the last 6 months:

1. Waiting 15 minutes as the 5th person in line on a weekday night to get up to the counter and see that they were out of any kind of chicken, no fajita veggies and beans that looked 4 days old (I walked out)

2. Coming back a week later and there STILL not being any fajita veggies. Despite that, I make the bad decision to order anyway and have my bowl drowned in bean juice and my burrito get water boarded with chicken broth (more broth than chicken. Straight salt. Ruined the burrito)

3. Being served close to dark brown guac despite asking for fresher guac.

4. Being served pork in a chicken bowl (like 75% pork to 25% chicken) for my wife who doesn’t eat pork. Then when I reached out to Chipotle corporate about it, I got a free entrée coupon that didn’t work.

5. Slow wait times, inconsistent (usually small) portion sizes, and decreasing food and service quality over the last few years.

I like Chipotle so I keep trying to give our local store a shot but it’s becoming consistently worse and worse. The general manager or somebody needs to step up and start running this place properly. Someone has to be the adult in the room and fix all these issues. The repeated lack of availability of basic toppings or serving very low quality toppings seems like really basic restaraunt management. I’m at a loss for how a large chain like this has been so, so terrible.

Not sure what’s been going on with the burg chipotle. Went to pick up an online order (on a slow day) and it was made 20 minutes after it said it would be ready. During that time, I observed the cashier standing around doing nothing but making jokes and laughing at the other staff. The person making online orders showed no sense of urgency. People who came in after me and ordered, and there was no line. A team member stepped over to 20 minutes later and rushed to make my order yet didn’t even acknowledge me or the other customers waiting for their orders. Not sure what’s happening…do better

Absolutely disgusting. They were out of about 5 different things. The rice had zero flavor. The pork was very dry and crispy to the point it couldnt be eaten. I paid for a meal I tossed in the trash. Don’t waste your money here. The only pleasant thing in the restaurant was the cashier.

Ordered online. When I picked up my order and looked at it, the ticket showed items that were not put in 2 of my bowls. When I approached an employee they insisted the couldn’t correct it. The item left off was clearly in stock as the container was not quite empty yet. My order was placed on the to go shelf as I walked in so I know it was available when it was being prepared. I was handed a card and told to call the number on it. They made a mistake and refused to make it right. No support from submitting the situation to the number provided or corporate either.

I hate to leave a bad review but I’ve tried this location several times and every time my food tastes so off. Last time I found burnt charred pieces of who knows what in my burrito bowl. This time, I got the chicken and steak and all of the meat in my bowl is barely cut up and mostly burnt. I’m not exaggerating at all sadly. Do better warrensburg chipotle.

Inconsistent portions and servings. This location makes up rules as they go. One day it’s no extra cheese or sour cream then the next it’s being charged as an extra side if you ask for more cheese. Then they started the three finger pinch for cheese then wonder why people ask for a little more. Ridiculous and petty. Then i simply just wanted my red sauce on the side rather than on my bowl and it was charged as a “side” … even when i PAY for double protein they skimp my bowl. the quality of the food is mediocre , it could be good one day then terrible the next experience. they have ridiculous expectations and managers

In Warrensburg, this restaurant stands out really well. Hygiene, service, quality of food, staff, you would not have any compliant. Area is also quiet.

I went in today. Got my normal bowl like I do. At every single location with a cup of barbicoa broth on the side. I don’t know who the guy at the register was, but he told his co-worker that they are not allowed to do that anymore. I then asked him what they do with the broth at the end of the day and they said, throw it out. Is there really any point not putting the broth on there when it adds extra flavor and makes the bowl better? Not sure who he is but whenever I encounter him there i will leave another poor review. Stop being difficult for no reason!
