First of all, the interior stood out. The restaurant has large panoramic windows, simple wooden chairs and tables, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. There were high chairs available, which made it much easier for us to sit comfortably with our two-year-old son.
We ordered a kids’ meal for our child and two main dishes for ourselves. The total came to $42. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but the food felt fresh, healthy, and well-balanced. In my opinion, it’s a much better option than choosing fast food.
The service was fast and well-organized. The staff worked efficiently and took good care of us. There was a small line, but it only confirmed that the place is popular. The restaurant opens at 10:45 a.m., and just a few minutes later there was already a queue in the lobby.
I also want to mention the restroom area. It was clean and comfortable, and I was able to take care of my child there without any issues, which is very important for parents.
Overall, I was completely satisfied with the experience. It’s clear that the team cares about food quality, service, and customer comfort. I give this place a solid 5 out of 5 and would definitely come back again.
Against my better judgment, I still ordered food. Big mistake. Not long after, both my son and I started feeling queasy and ended up with diarrhea. That alone tells me the sanitation standards here are seriously lacking.
The staff appeared young, careless, and more interested in collecting a paycheck than maintaining basic cleanliness or caring about customers’ health. This place is a mess and feels unsafe to eat at. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others stay away. Avoid this Chipotle at all costs!
Also, I had an issue with the app and a free guac/chips I was suppose to be getting. I had to go in and the manager (I’m assuming that’s who he was, or someone in charge, at least) was super great and quick about getting it taken care of. It’s so refreshing when you get great customer service these days.
