We stopped at this place for a meal and were genuinely impressed from the very beginning.
First of all, the interior stood out. The restaurant has large panoramic windows, simple wooden chairs and tables, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. There were high chairs available, which made it much easier for us to sit comfortably with our two-year-old son.
We ordered a kids’ meal for our child and two main dishes for ourselves. The total came to $42. Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but the food felt fresh, healthy, and well-balanced. In my opinion, it’s a much better option than choosing fast food.
The service was fast and well-organized. The staff worked efficiently and took good care of us. There was a small line, but it only confirmed that the place is popular. The restaurant opens at 10:45 a.m., and just a few minutes later there was already a queue in the lobby.
I also want to mention the restroom area. It was clean and comfortable, and I was able to take care of my child there without any issues, which is very important for parents.
Overall, I was completely satisfied with the experience. It’s clear that the team cares about food quality, service, and customer comfort. I give this place a solid 5 out of 5 and would definitely come back again.

I ordered online in the evening, so not during rush hour when they would be busy. Opened my bowl when I got home to find it’s half-empty. Paying almost $20 for a half-empty bowl is ridiculous. If you have to go inside to get a bowl with a decent amount of food, what’s the point of a drive-through?

I went to the Chipotle in Wentzville yesterday, and from the moment I walked in it was obvious the place was not clean. There was food and paper all over the floor. The trash bin was overflowing, with food and trash piled up where the trays go. The serving line wasn’t any better; counters clearly hadn’t been wiped down and there were food particles everywhere.
Against my better judgment, I still ordered food. Big mistake. Not long after, both my son and I started feeling queasy and ended up with diarrhea. That alone tells me the sanitation standards here are seriously lacking.
The staff appeared young, careless, and more interested in collecting a paycheck than maintaining basic cleanliness or caring about customers’ health. This place is a mess and feels unsafe to eat at. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others stay away. Avoid this Chipotle at all costs!

First time eating at this new location. The service was good and relatively quick. There was a constant flow of customers rolling through the line. The food service did leave the seating area neglected, affecting the atmosphere. The dining area needed a good cleaning, and trash was overflowing. Started the new year off trying a new diet and managed to find a good healthy option. The food was good as always, and we would eat here again when in the area.

My family and I finally got a chance to visit the new spot and I must say I was a bit disappointed. The store was a complete mess, trash was all over the floor, and we were barely greeted. Nothing was stocked it was as if there were closing but it was on 8:45pm, and the sign said that they closed at 10pm. Do better. The food was okay, but for the price we paid you would think they would put more food in the bowls. Highly unlikely to return, I’ll stick with Qdoba!

Also, I had an issue with the app and a free guac/chips I was suppose to be getting. I had to go in and the manager (I’m assuming that’s who he was, or someone in charge, at least) was super great and quick about getting it taken care of. It’s so refreshing when you get great customer service these days.

Hats off to this location! I travel regularly and eat chipotle a good amount. This was the best food I have ever had at a chipotle. Appropriate proportions also, chips were fresh and crunchy. Would recommend this location and eat here regularly if I was in the area.

Beyond excited to have Chipotle in Wentzville. The store manager at this location is very friendly and goes out of his way to be accommodating. I always recommend ordering in person if just ordering a couple burritos, as online ordering leaves room for error or not having your food prepared up to expectations. I assume the majority of the negative reviews left so far were online orders. I will note that the negatives I’ve experienced at this location have been limited to the interior layout. There’s a rather tight line for customers to stand in to place orders, which often snakes well into the dining space. The restrooms are also tucked in between this line, making it difficult to access when the restaurant is busy. Food quality has been pretty consistent so far, no real complaints overall. I’m sure this location will continue to thrive as time goes on.

Hopefully they can get better but not a great start. Chips not cooked all the way and queso and guacamole need seasoning. We got the tacos and naked bowl. Very tasty but seemed a little small on the portions. Also had to clean our own table. Will try one more time and hopefully update with a more positive review.
