Really dirty dinning room & dirty food prep area. Only 1 worker waiting on people. There were 3 other people in the back that we could see who were not helping. Didn’t want to take a picture of the food prep area because that would have included a pic of the one person actually working. But the food didn’t look good.

We put in an order online last night and had a pickup time of 10:50pm before closing. Our payment went through and when my husband showed up to get the food the doors were locked early and the two employees working just stared at him and laughed while he was asking to get the food. We could see the food sitting on the counter behind them. They continued to laugh at him and threw up a peace sign and did not come to the door. Here is a photo of the employees who treated us this way and we will be contacting corporate as well. Terrible experience.

This location only gives half portions unless otherwise requested. So just be aware when you go in that you need to ask if you want a full order. You can see a photo of their regular portions attached. I don’t know if they’re losing money at this location or why they’re holding back. They will give you a full order if you ask, though. My husband asked for a full order and they gave him what used to be a normal portion. Either way, it’s the same price . The new chimichurri sauce is really good!

I really enjoy this Chipotle location for the service and food. The burrito bowls are always fresh, and I love using the app—it’s super convenient. Every time I go in, the staff at the counter is incredibly helpful and quick to point me toward my pickup order. They also have a great little patio which is perfect for nice days.
The only downside is the parking and access. The lot is a bit of a nightmare; people drive way too fast or take turns too wide, making it feel a little unsafe. Getting in and out of the complex can be a challenge, so just be careful when you’re driving in

So my first bowls were all out of sorts and fairly mixed up so I took them back and I’m guessing she was a manager and I didn’t catch her name but she’s really short (no offense) and she was so wonderful and helped me get the correct bowls and even gave me drink cups and chips and queso! I work in customer service so I understand that mistakes happen, but she was so quick to make things right and that’s what really matters most!

I just left chipotle literally a few minutes ago and I’m trying to understand why is the rice CRUNCHY? So you’re literally not completely cooking the rice and giving this out to people? We come here to patronize your business and it’s absolutely ridiculous how you all give out food like this. I’m going to go to corporate at this point because I’ve had to come back and get my food remade or my money refunded due to the lack of effort.

GARBAGE LOCATION!!!!! My order was about half an hour later than the pickup time….. And then they didnt have half of my order in the bag…… when I went back for them to make the rest of my order they did it incorrectly…… Wasted over an hour of my time over all and the fuel to drive back and forth COMPLETELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF BUYING FAST FOOD….. I PAY FOR CONVENIENCE!!!! I could have made the tacos/ burritos myself from scratch for less money in less time than this fiasco took!!!!
I will actively tell everybody i know to avoid this location AT ALL COSTS and I will not update this review or take it down until I receive a FULL REFUND FOR THE ORDER I PLACED ON 02-24-2026!!!!!

Dirty dinning, no ice, no straws. They should have someone supervising the restaurant. The product is good but they should take care of the place too. There is no space for more trash. Definitely need management supervision and better customer service, because a clean space is good customer service too.

On my last trip to chipotle it was a very great experience and the food was great. I didn’t end up dining in instead. I did a takeout order. I ordered myself a burrito with the Carne Asada and I was very pleased with. It’s a very filling meal. It always tastes great. The proportions have gotten much better in the last few months and of course my meal was hot and ready by the time I went to pick it up this one on Highway K is my favorite around and I will definitely be visiting again.
