The food is always good at Chipotle, but I’m ranking this down because of something we all take for granted: cleanliness. There were 6 large trash bins — all full to the top. Tables were not wiped and sanitized, and several had food bits all over. Plus food, napkins and bags on the floor. Added downgrade: no ice. Now, this could be because a couple people called in sick or they got hit by a huge rush… or the manager is cutting staff to keep costs down. But bottom line: I don’t care about the reason — I’m just not going to eat in a dirty place. You need to up your game if I’m ever going back.

I am writing this review so management is aware of what occurred at this location.
I ordered a standard chicken bowl (~$10). After it was prepared, I requested two extra portions of chicken (which should total roughly ~$8 extra).
However, I was billed for three extra portions instead of two(~$12+).
For context, I arrived approximately 25 minutes before closing time. This was not a last-minute order or closing-time rush situation.
When I brought the discrepancy to the staff’s attention before leaving, the response was dismissive. There was no explanation provided, no verification of the charge, and no apology. I was told to leave it as billed.
After I continued asking for correction, I was told they would not adjust the billing but instead would give me the additional chicken in a separate container, despite the fact that I never ordered three extra portions.
This is not about receiving extra food. It is about:
1. Accurate billing
2. Proper resolution when a mistake is raised
3. Professional communication with customers
If a billing error occurs, it should be verified and corrected at the register. Offering additional food instead of correcting a charge does not resolve the issue.
I hope store management reviews this incident for staff training on both POS billing accuracy and customer interaction standards.

Ordered on the app. Arrived & it said it was ready but it wasn’t ready for another 14 minutes. The food was good. The employees seem to enjoy their work & helped about five groups in and out while I was waiting. I’d order at the counter next time.

When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was that the trash cans were overflowing. Not a great first impression and it made the whole place feel unclean right away. It also set the tone for the service or lack of it. I stood at the counter and no one greeted me. I actually had to ask the employee how he was doing before he even acknowledged me. Then came the food. I ordered a burrito with half chicken, half steak, and the portions were honestly shocking. I’ve never seen meat scooped so lightly it looked like he was rationing food. On top of that, I was charged as if I got full portions of both meats. Paying extra would be one thing if the portions were fair, but this felt like a total rip-off. Between the rude, disengaged staff, the dirty lobby, tiny portions, and being overcharged, this was easily one of the worst Chipotle visits I’ve had. It genuinely seemed like nobody working there wanted to be there.

Chipotle food is always good & it’s organic but the service at this place is bad. Restaurant was not crowded so you think you can sit anywhere but guess what, they haven’t cleaned any of the tables & never bothered to clean at all. Also while preparing a burrito or taco, they don’t heat up the tortillas properly at all. It’ll still be cold. Also they don’t know how to pack the food. Chipotle should seriously consider training their employees for preparing & serving food. They a should also do a random checks to make sure the restaurant is clean, food being served properly and finally if the customers are happy purchasing their food.

Gluten allergy….alpha gal….I have both. This is one of the few places I can eat. The young lady who waited on me was very considerate and helped to address my concerns. She made sure to the best of her ability to not cross contaminate using clean utensils offered to get some things from the back, which i told her wasnt necessary right now for me… The food was amazing! I can have the bowls, which is what I would get before I got diagnosed, I had no reactions which means no contamination for me. They stayed busy, I could see how a few things in the dining area got behind, it was right at lunch rush, but they never even made me feel I wasn’t important or holding up the line. All the food was stocked well, and everyone was so kind. I would come here again! Thank you!!

I believe it was the manager. She was very rude to me and my sisters, and her attitude was completely unnecessary. You could feel the tension it even seemed like the employees were uncomfortable. This used to be my favorite location because the food quality was always so good, which makes this experience really upsetting. It’s disappointing to see how bad the customer service is

I received this bowl without the fajita veggies I ordered, only 4 pieces of lettuce, and a small serving of guac and steak. I tried to get a refund online and the pepper bot automatically closed the conversation. I worked a 12 hour shift with no lunch break and this is the food I picked up afterwards. Pathetic.

My friend bought me lunch and in that experience, we got to enjoy being double charged for my meal. Also, as I was ordering, I had asked about the very tiny amount of queso that I would be charged for being pulled from a very empty pan that obviously didn’t fill the ladle, to which the employee ignored my question and insisted that I focus on the table that we had already moved onto without answering or resolving my question. I probably could’ve insisted but as a customer, I do not think it’s my job to persist that an employee do their job right.
