I am a huge fan of Chipotle! I Love the menu…but the service I received today was below average. Not every employee should be customer-facing nor knows how to work with the public. That’s understood. But you can’t ask people to pay these prices and then serve them bad attitude. I watched as this cashier repeatedly put customer’s rexipts into their drinking cup after handling money. My receipt does not belong in my drinking cup. It belongs in my hand. Cleanliness and sanitation should be top priority in a restaurant… After I received my drinking cup (that this cashier put my receipt in) I kindly asked her ‘Can I have a cup that Does NOT have a receipt in it?’ … The staff laughed… Not sure why they laughed… Then I watched as this same cashier put the receipts of other customers in their cups right behind me. She put the receipt in the cups and slides the bags to the customer, as if to say move on… Aside from handled receipts in our drinking cups being unsanitary it comes off as rude and impersonal… What kind of manger hires people like this and doesn’t train them? I don’t say fire her. But I do say teach her better customer service etiquette…. or give her a position that is not customer-facing.

I will not be going back it’s a lot of cross contamination even if you don’t see it. I was eating my veggie bowl & chewed a piece of steak. Also they don’t listen to what you say you’ll say “guac to the side please” and they’ll put it in the bowl or light tomatoes and they give you a whole spoon full. I am very upset, disappointed, and dissatisfied. To top it off they didn’t give me a receipt so that I can give feedback. 0/10 would not recommend!

The service was nice. No one was rude or anything. The portions were a little small but everything looked good and tasted good. Thank you for to the staff I hope you have a nice day. I read alot of reviews saying how bad the service is and how dirty the place is. But I didn’t see anything that was like OMG I have to write corporate. They could have smiled more ig but I’m there for the food not to make friends with the staff. Tbh if I worked there and had to put up with customers acting entitled everyday I probably wouldn’t smile that much. All the staff was working when I went in. I never assume that everyone in a restaurant knows everything.

We just left this chipotle. To be fair all chiptles I’ve been to in the area have terrible customer service. Today, we walked in…I ordered a bowl, my husband was behind me and asked for a quesadilla and a bowl. They proceeded to tell him that he had to go online to order a quesadilla. What sense does this make? I asked why and their response was “metrics”. Metrics don’t matter to clients who are in the store standing in front of employees. They should be able to order any item off the menu as that’s why they came into the restaurant. If I wanted to order online I would have done so. On top of it all the employees are not constructive, helpful or problem solvers. It was just a flat no, fo online. The store was not busy. In the five minutes he took explaining why he couldn’t make the quesadilla, he could have made the quesadilla. If you can’t make items on the menu in the store, take them off the menu in said store. Do better.

This is the dirtiest, unprofessional, and worst customer service Chipotle anyone could have ever experienced. If possible, I would give them a negative rating. The staff couldn’t care less about upholding the Chipotle brand. And don’t use DoorDash because the order will be wrong.

Walked in here with my husband and immediately noticed the food/receipts spread across multiple unoccupied tables. When we approached the counter there was food everywhere and clearly no concern for proper sanitation. We promptly walked out and decided to eat at the First Watch next door. Won’t ever be back

Absolutely rude. I asked for a side tortilla and bro banged on the counter bc he had to shift back to the station to make it. Like I am paying premium prices here. Like I feel as though I am in a soup kitchen rather than a restaurant. J food for thought.

The lady handed over changes when customers pays cash and then she touches food with the same dirty gloves! Promised pick up order at 6:20 pm but it’s 6:35 now and was told 5 customers order in front of me after asking for several times.

Update after coming here regularly for several months: there was one time they overcooked the crap out of their chips but otherwise it really does taste good every time.
Service is not great. They’ve:
Forgotten to give me chips I ordered.
Been out of cheese at like 6pm…
Spent more time talking to each other than to customers.
Skimped on portions.
There was one time they locked the doors “due to weather”, but then I watched one of their friends walk up and they unlocked the door for him then locked it again.
Their throughput is good though I’ve never had to wait very long.

After the chipotle near me really started going down in quality I gave this location a try. Now I’ve been 3 times in 10 days. It’s really good. Food tastes great and service is fast.
