I’m not sure Chipotle is a good place to work. Folx don’t seem happy; at least not those interacting with the customers. The food was fine (though I got sick after eating it). A few tables were dirty but overall it was clean & I enjoyed dining in.

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this Chipotle location recently. I’ve even been here twice in two weeks and both experiences have been bad. With the order about a week ago, I pulled up at about 9pm (this location is open until 10) and there was a handwritten “pick up inside” sign in the Chipotlane window, so I reluctantly went inside to get my order. Every chair in the restaurant was stacked on top of the tables, and the employees seemed like they were ready to head home. When I got home, one of our bags of chips never made it into the bag, so I had no chips for my queso. My burrito was also so poorly wrapped that it completely fell apart and I had to eat it with a fork.

Chipotle used to be amazing but it’s really on a case by case basis now. I went to this location today at 12:30 pm on a Tuesday. They were out of Queso, black beans, and fajita veggies. And I received the smallest portion of rice in my Chicken Burrito Bowl I have ever had at Chipotle. For your money, I’d go elsewhere. This location is severely disappointing and it hasn’t even been there long.

Horrible. Wish I could give 0 stars. Took 15 minutes to pick up meal at drive through because even though our meal was ready and waiting we had to wait for customers in front of us instead of them being told to pull into curbside spots. No cheese on any of our 4 meals. Wife’s meal was soggy and soaked in sour crème. Way too much spice on all of the meals. So much so couldn’t even finish it. The kids meals didn’t come with chips as they were supposed to. The chips we did get with our queso were stale and terrible. Overall worst experience we’ve had eating out in a long time. Total waste of money. We won’t be going back to this location again.

One of the worst place. Untidy, none of the tables were clean, water and soda spilled in the floor and no one cared to clean it, chicken burnt and serving the awful chicken to customers without any guilty. People work here for the sake of earning hourly wage. Today am not feeling well after eating chicken bowl. Will avoid this place for ever. Sorry management.., please take some action

Placed an order to be picked up. The order was picked up but was incorrect. I tried to call 5 times. Each time there was no answer, then a recording stating “memory full”. I simply wanted to alert someone so I could pick up what was left out of my order later that same day. Then when going into the restaurant I was told I should have called right away. :/

The woman that took my order was talking on her phone the entire time I was customizing my burrito bowl. I couldn’t tell if she was asking me a question about my order or talking on her iPhone. At one point she even stuck her finger up and motioned for me to pause my order so she could continue to chat on her call. It was obvious the call was “personal” based off how she was talking.. this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced very poor customer service here, but this was finally enough for me to leave a review.
