I ordered a chicken bowl and bit on a rock and gravel. Contacted the store spoke to a representative name Vicent. He apologized and asked me to send an email of the receipt. I have to fill out a form to get a refund. I told him to contact the restaurant immediately and he said a report would be submitted. Just beyond disgusting. To your response I have reached out to corporate and filed a complaint online. I will contact the BBB tomorrow due to this matter was not taken seriously. The establishment continued to serve food.

Why did Chipotle Snap on my food like that…
When I say I guess I’ve just been living under a rock with no seasoning I mean it.
I never really had Chipotle but maybe 3 times in my 36 years of life and the STL region tends to have me lower my expectations on most things including customer service but maaaaaannnn they made me have to call my brother up and tell him a few things just off the strength .
Service was so good the young ladies behind the counter made genuine eye contact, was swift in service, didn’t hold back on portions (thanks!!) and was just spot on. Helped me get a nice custom bowl and I’m going to go back at LEAST 3 more times this week.
Price was good, food had seasoning like someone behind the grill had a purpose to make it happen.

So glad that Chipotle and Starbucks saved this iconic St Louis building. I can’t believe it was almost torn down. Plenty of parking in the back of the building. Restaurant could have been a little cleaner inside. Staff was friendly and professional. I would have no issues visiting this location again Food tasted just as good as any other Chipotle I have visited.

I went there to get my normal bowl today as I was eating I found a bone in my bowl!! I didn’t pay mind to it but when I was getting to the end of my meal I see a big chicken fall out and it was squishy and spit it out. I didn’t taste like any other meat I had there so I was confused and it was shaped like a tongue

I live in Kansas City and while visiting St. Louis, I placed an order at this location, except that for some reason the order was placed back at home. The manager told us not to worry and took care of the entire meal. Everything was delicious and the portions were very generous! I recommend this location to get your Chipotle meal! If you are looking for coffee, there is a Starbucks on the other side of the building ☕️

This location is awesome!! My boyfriend and I go about 1-2 times a month & our food is always hot and fresh when we go. Usually we place a mobile order and the mobile order handout girl was very kind & attentive tonight. Hard work shouldn’t go unnoticed and deserves to be praised. 🙂

Steak felt like it was on rations, and nothing was warm.
Staff were sound, quick, polite, no complaints there.
But honestly… I’ve had Chipotle in other cities and it’s been great.
This one felt like St Louis took the spirit of Chipotle… then filed it down to the bare minimum.
All the ideas, none of the flavour and somehow it lost its warmth.

Tonight I ordered chipotle through DoorDash I love chipotle and I’ve always frequented this business but tonight was different. It was very below expectations. I ordered a burrito bowl with lite rice, extra chicken, salsa, Verde and tomato salsa and I got none of those items because it’s late and it took a while to get the order I have no choice but to eat it, but I am highly disappointed.

Most of the 1 star reviews are because the portion sizes are too small. I always want bigger portions, but other than that’s it a chipotle. The worker who assembled my food was nice, no complaints.
