While the taste of my burrito bowl was delicious… I was eating lettuce sour cream cheese and rice mostly.

I’d just left the gym and didn’t have time to cook. I wanted something high protein and delicious so i immediately thought Chipotle!!

I ordered through the Chipotle page and chose double chicken. I went in grabbed it and left. Grateful for the convenience.

I got home and dug in. I’m not exaggerating when I say my first two bites had no chicken at all!! I got one piece of chicken probably every 3-4 bites. How is that double chicken. You pay an additional $4 for extra chicken and you barely get one serving let alone 2!!

I’m angry because I spent $16 for this bowl and barely got any protein… beans or chicken ‍♀️ plenty of rice, lettuce, and sour cream though.

I won’t be going back. I’m going to take my chances making my own bowl at home. For $16 I am probably make 4!!

So I paid a $1.00 for each one of these, I’m trying to figure the portion size cause clearly that can’t be it. So 4 cups at $1.00 each and neither of them are even half way full…this is disappointing cause I try to eat chipotle every chance I get. So this why I got way out past where I live cause I get my money worth. Basically I gave away $4.00 that I could’ve used for something else…

Ordered off of Uber Eats and ordered a salad with chips and queso. I noticed a long piece of something it salad and began to pull on it. Come to find out it was a foot long shriveled piece of film wrap in my salad but i could’ve choked and died on. Disgusted.

Upon arriving, the line was long and most of the servings were running low. I decided to order a burrito and bowl at the same. When requested it seemed as if they weren’t urgently trying to refill the low portions of rice, mild sauce the chicken didn’t look fresh either. While switching out the trays with the new batch of foods, the team members didn’t put on new gloves after touching the trays. The most disturbing part was when I asked for peppers on my bowl only the team member, didn’t properly hear me and placed it on both my burrito and bowl. When I mentioned I would only like it placed on my bowl, she proceeded to remove it from the burrito. At that point, I was over this entire customer service. I paid almost 30 dollars and the service and quality of food wasn’t even comparable to other chipotles I have visited. I will not be returning to this one!

It’s a bunch of kids that work at this location, well a lot of locations. They have bad attitudes and don’t want to service you. I went to the Florissant location , they had the trash can sitting right by the food. It was close to closing time and they took all of the heated pans of food from the front and sat them on a table in the back. They were literally fixing people’s food right over that trash can. Smh. I walked out! They need to do better

If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD.
1. They were out of chicken tonight
2. The station was dirty, you can tell no one bothered to wipe it down in sometime
3. The lettuce was actually store bought welted spinach and arugula
4. All the workers except one had an attitude
5. The windows have fingers prints inside and outside of the restaurant, you can tell neither has been wiped down in months. I hadn’t purchased from here in a while because the quality of this location has tremendously declined. It hasn’t been the same since the pandemic and I would rather visit the Bridgeton location before coming back here! My bowl was definitely not tasty at all -Shut Florissant down and start over…smh!

I wish they could get a single order correctly. Ordered two bowls on DoorDash and they were made identically but not what I ordered. The labels were correct but not the bowls. This location clearly cannot do simple things correct

Crazy how they ran out of Black beans & corn 46 minutes before closing time. I asked if they were making some more beans. The rep said, “No. We’re about to close.” … 46 minutes before closing time. I asked for corn.. That was out too. And they weren’t replenishing the corn as well… It’s like they staff was more into closing the store than serving the customer… and that’s 46 minutes before close… not 5 minutes before close… What’s more is that the food I DID buy for my lady was cold… Mannnn… I could’ve cooked at home.

Went there on a Friday at 8 PM. A worker decided to stop serving in the middle of rush hour. Did not say anything to any customers walking in. Had to wait five minutes just for someone to put their gloves on and get back to serving all of us and it was only one person. No kindness of any sort. Also shorted my burrito and I literally paid $13. They need to be more communicative and more respectful with their body language in their attitude.
