A decent ambiance Mexican grill restaurant, Chipotle has really great and tasty food options. I’ll specifically talk about Vegetarian options which are plenty and great in taste. The staff at this outlet was welcoming and friendly. I ordered a veggie rice bowl with tofu as the protein. It was really great. I’ll say take two tortillas as a side and divide and fill the rice bowl in two tortillas and two people can eat it separately and divide the money, and it’s equally plentiful. The rice bowl and a side of tortilla costed me 9.5 dollars including tax.

So I did an online order…. Seeing the guy make my food that was not already prepared, he closed the box missing ingredients. It was barely 9pm and they close at 11pm. I’m asking for my missing ingredient, he said they are out and I would have to get refund by calling a 1800 number. Throughout my fussing he ended up calling the manager who then told him to cut the lettuce which I don’t understand why that was so hard to do in the first place. Very inconsiderate and he didn’t have a care in the world.

Recently they have not been doing well. Almost every time I go they’re missing something. This last time was the worst. We noticed we didn’t have vinaigrette so we went up to ask and the cashier ignored us and walked out for her lunch break. We noticed she had vinaigrette so when we finally were able to ask we found out it was all gone and I’m assuming she took the last one and ignored us. Then after getting our food we found out that my bowl was missing fajitas and even found a piece of tin foil in the other bowl!

Bald guy taking orders is incompetent. Called me out in front of everyone in line for approaching the pickup window for my order. To preface, he was busy and I knew it was my order. Instead of allowing me to get my food and leave, he sternly said, “You need to wait, I don’t want you coughing on the food or something”. Pathetic coming from the maskless guy touching everything with the same pair of gloves… Can’t believe that’s how you treat customers. Is the bald guy free of coughing or something, what gives him the super-immunity to do the exact same thing I attempted to do? Will not be returning.

Been here 4 times. 2 of them my food was stolen within 5 minutes, before I could pick it up. Took 20 minutes and 45 minutes to get the orders remade. The most recent time, customer service insisted it was verified as picked up and there was no problem to compensate me for.

I never leave reviews but this was AWFUL. Would never recommend ordering online from this Chipotle. Most pathetic looking bowls I’ve ever received from a Chipotle. I don’t understand how workers hand their orders out looking like this. I would rate this a 0 if it were possible
