This was my first and last time buying food here. They put my empty cup for a fountain soda in the bag. They decided to put my free guacamole on my burrito that had not one fajita vegetable on it like I ordered. The salsa was simply diced tomatoes and the staff was very rude and bothered with my questions!
UPDATE…. I ordered my free entree they gave me for the mess they made and didn’t have it prepared on time so I cancelled it! After talking to four reps and eating a total of 2 hours I got another free entree! It’s very nice they mess up my order two times and I the college kids that work here so t wanna talk to older women and I was treated like crap in the store twice now for them to give me one more free entree! Almost like I owe them for messing my order up! Maybe the drive across town to the one on college ave is better? I pick up orders here for door dash and they’re rude and don’t wanna prepare the food. I’m not coming back here even for the free entree! Now I have to do three good reviews because of this drama! So thanks a lot chipotle you do nothing you say you stand for! P.S. I will not reach out to you again you don’t treat people well when they’re hungry!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to with this one. By FAR the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I went here while out of town on a school event expecting the food to be decent and the service to be fast like my Chipotle back at home. They had one worker working on restaurant orders with a line out the door and four working on mobile orders. Evidently, service was despicably slow. Furthermore, the Chipotle is ridiculously messy with trash bins overflowing and trash thrown all over the drink station. All the lemonades and auga frescas were watered down and flavorless and the food was subpar compared to other Chipotles with brown guac. Don’t waste your time. Go to the Noodles and Co. next door with high quality food and quick service.

Ordered a double steak bowl for OVER $20 and half of the steak was gristle. Like last thing I want in a rice bowl is poor quality beef that I cannot chew threw. Probably won’t order here again. It’s not the brand it used to be.

$10 for five pieces of chicken and a bowl yeah I’m OK. I walked in immediately knew that this experience was not gonna be great. It was dead and the employees were nowhere near engaging. I got about 10 pieces of chicken if I was lucky, I also ordered a side of queso which I never gave to me. horrible customer service.

This is by far the slowest moving team out of all the chipotle restaurants in the area. They are rude, they play favorites with certain customers. And then to top it off this place looks like the Tasmania devil went through it as there is trash EVERYWHERE all the time.

I went to this location and purchased a burrito bowl. The food here is below the bare minimum. I asked for guacamole in my bowl and what I received was brown guac that is not edible. It made me sick even though I had only took a tiny bite of it out of curiosity. The other components in my bowl were mediocre. The rice was too limey. What shocked me even more is the filthiness of this restaurant. How does an establishment manage to get this dirty? Even McDonald’s is cleaner than this. There are trash all over the place where you get your utensils and napkins. The employees are definitely not friendly, they look like they are done. I very much regret spending money on this place and I will never go here again.

Ordered carry out from this location. Showed up after the expected pick-up time. Ended up waiting 45minutes past the expected pick-up time. For a fast and ready type of establishment, 45minute wait time is far too long. Would not recommend this location for pick up.
