I love Chipotle but this particular one was not very good. I felt like I was being rushed even though it was not a busy time and some of the employees were not very friendly. The floors were disgusting and none of the tables were cleaned, and I had to wipe one off myself so I could actually sit down. Also the chips were all crushed and barely able to be used for dipping.

Store closed 5 minutes before its actually supposed to be with no signage saying that’s the case. What’s 5 minutes??? I had a pickup order. Worse they see you and ignore you outside. No hope left for these next generations of kids. Still people inside, only one in picture but there were approx 4-5 still in there.

Pickup order was 20 minutes late, and order was inaccurate. Tried getting help through the website and the chat was closed on me without satisfactory resolution. For the price of the food, this was all outrageous.

The bowl is barely half full and that is with the toppings. As in 1 1/2 table spoon of beans, maybe half of the big spoon of rice, barely any meat. Don’t go to this location.

Done with this location, went in this evening, wife ordered a bowl. Server picked up a dirty bowl, that looked previously used, and started the order. I said hey..that bowl is dirty! He looked it over like there was nothing wrong with it, was going to keep using it until I pointed out the apparent left over food on it. He then grabbed a clean bowl and dumped the food he had already put in the dirty bowl into the clean bowl and continued to attempt to fill my wife’s order. We told him thanks but no thanks and left the store. I realize our one issue isn’t much in the scale of things but in today’s climate of COVID, FLU season and whatever else is out there…not to mention the price increases.! You would think….right?

I’ve had bad experiences at the store before, but corporate has made it right for me so I haven’t left a public review. However, nothing has changed… I just opened my burrito to find a massive leaf that I presume is used for seasoning left in my burrito. Biting into this leaf was like biting into a piece of thick paper. What a sad excuse for a Chipotle, clearly this location suffers from poor QC.
