Went the other night and was excited to try out the new brisket. Got our bowls to go and there was hardly any meat at all. When you pay $35 for two people and the brisket is up-charged, you’d expect at least one full scoop of protein.
This was a the closest thing to a vegetarian bowl I’ve ever eaten.

Went to grab Chipotle today and fully played myself I ordered for pickup and showed up early because my kid was getting fussy, only to realize my husband’s truck clock is an hour fast. I thought I was early, but they weren’t even open yet.
The woman at the window was incredibly kind and told me they would be opening in about 15 minutes and that I could wait right there. A few minutes later I finally realized I was the one who messed up the timing.
Even after that, the ladies inside still made my burrito bowl early, and they absolutely did not have to do that. I was genuinely so grateful.
So truly thank you to the women who took care of me today. You turned a stressful moment into a really positive one, and I really really appreciate you.

I had to ask three times for rice and twice for meat lol. The tacos were put together so sloppy I gave up on asking for the rest of the toppings I wanted. I have never had a good experience here in three years of trying every few months or so. I understand tacos can get messy but all I had was rice meat and queso. I only came to try the honey chipotle chicken and I won’t be coming back

The burritos are not being wrapped properly and are far too thick with zero length. The price is way too high for the quality of the end product you get. My burrito was never even wrapped and I went lite on the stuffings. For 16$ you are better off getting a feast at taco bell or going to buono beef because at least it comes with fries or a drink.

DONT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SKIMPED ! I never go to this one (for many reasons) , But I was in the area and wanted it so I ordered online (big mistake on my end). I get a simple order, only rice, black beans and steak. With sour cream on the side. that’s IT . So, since my order is small and simple, I requested extra rice and beans …. and they put less than a normal amount . I was still hungry after eating my half filled bowl. The machesney park chipotle would NEVER. They always fill my bowl to the brim, dang near overflowing with their online orders. I will never be returning to this location, as I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. -100/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Today I ordered a bowl with brown rice, and unfortunately the rice was severely undercooked. Several grains were so hard that I actually broke a tooth while eating. This is a serious food safety issue and very disappointing experience.

This is by far one of the worst Chipotle . I have been to this location before and vowed never to go again. However my daughter’s school had a fundraiser and this is the location they chose. The first thing I noticed was the brown wilted lettuce I asked the young man if he had more lettuce he told me he could get it fr the front of the line but it was also brown. He gave me the smallest portion of rice when i asked for more he then filled the bowl with rice and was visibly annoyed with my request. When i got home and tasted the food it was absolutely disgusting . The chicken was bland the tomato’s had brown pieces like the lettuce and the rice was hard and under cooked. I paid for extra chicken the only good thing about this visit is I was able to donate to my daughters school charity. if i could give this place zero stars i would. Do not go here it’s just as bad as it was when i went a year ago . I will include a photo of the bowl i will be throwing away because it is absolutely disgusting.

Stopped in around noon today for lunch and got a burrito, all employees at the counter had a horrible attitude, not sure why my burrito costs $6 more here than at the Rockford location on perryville. Said thank you to the cashier and she rolled her eyes at me, last time I come to this location. Costs $17 at perryville I was charged $23 this afternoon

Thursday September 24, 9:30pm. Try not to act so annoyed that a customer came in (shaking your head). Don’t be put out that you had to make more rice an hour and a half before you close. It’s one of your core ingredients. I like Chipotle but I think I’m done with this location.
