Such a dirty place and I keep getting issues with the food I order through doordash. Today, I was sent a bow with very dry old steak. My guac had pieces of lettuce and meat in it. Its rare when this location has their food seasoned correctly. I wish we had an option to pick the Chipotle we want to order from. Unfortunately this location is within walking miles from my house

At one time we were pretty excited about Chipotle. Loved the food and every time we ate there. This experience was not the same. The food was lukewarm, and the chips were extremely stale. The guacamole was brown, so we didn’t get any of that. Don’t eat here if you want the quality Chipotle perhaps was once known for.

I heard the new GM at this location is named Sierra and I saw her working grill today, so I was excited to try the steak as it is her store. Unfortunately the steak was very dry and the onions were cut into huge pieces and overwhelmed the flavors of the bowl. I think I’ll stick to one of the other two rockford locations. Sad to see.

Love this location! Been here 20 times, always inside. The staff are friendly and the food is great. People complaining about the drive thru, just go inside, solve that issue. When you’re not at the counter, they just do the company trained portions, just like every other restaurant. Go in, speak to a human and they hook you up.

Nice establishment. Staff has gone somewhat downhill. Had a burrito the other day. Had too much rice, the chicken was burnt. I only ate half of it. It was better a few months ago, but I’m guessing the cute girl that was working there moved on to better things.

Worst of the local chipotles, whomever designed the layout and parking lot should be fired…don’t go during peak hours….good luck figuring when that is…because the parking SUCKS. very cramped seating area too, obviously catering to the order ahead/pick up crowd

Maybe it was just the lunch rush but this location was crowded and needed a good wipe down. Younger customers also seemed rude to staff. Drink statuon was low, but I feel that is because they are out of view of the employees. Food is top notch for the chain, if a bit on the spicey side ( especially for a kids meal). Portions we’re also on the higher end for the chain which is nice and greatly appreciated for the recent price increases.

I hate to give this location any stars let start with very little meat even when u purchase extra and double And all this Fat in this meat is ridiculous then next over charging and to top it off cashier can’t count she cheated me out my money don’t go to this location check your receipt and they lettuce and guacamole is BROWN and OLD looking it not suppose to be like that. What happen to FRESH ?????
