Very bad experience at Chipotle. The portion size was extremely small compared to what they usually serve. On top of that, the staff had a bad attitude and were not friendly at all.
They were also missing several ingredients that are supposed to be part of the order, which was very disappointing. The employee preparing the food kept putting ingredients based on her own choice instead of what I asked for. When I politely asked her to add the items I wanted, she refused and still gave me a very small portion.
At the end, she even threw the bowl on the counter in a rude way. The service was unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect from Chipotle. I hope management looks into this and improves the service.
