A few years after a very busy opening. And many rumors about the quality and control of the resturant. I tried it. Food review at the end.
I would rate the food a 5/5
Check to make sure they get your order right.
Resturant is around a 3-4 it can be a little uncleanly around the drink area when busy.
Good food, definitely a better choice than our Taco Bell a little pricy, but for the amount I would say it’s worth it.
This is my second time ordering, both have been online then pickup. Next time I will be dining In and taking pictures and such. Good flavors and balanced choices. A good addition to Dixon’s restaurants.

Today We did the build your own for 4-6 people. chicken.
And before I did a carnitas burrito I recommend the carnitas.
The guac is good but chunky can be broken up with a fork.
Salsas are good.

Pulled up to barely shoveled walks. Glad I did not have someone handicapped with us.
We had to use the restrooms. One was filthy. The other the sink did not work. (Do employees use that one?). While ordering another customer came to the counter and told the employee the bathroom was disgusting. The response was the night crew didn’t do the job. It was 1 pm. Excuses.
Food was okay but doubt we will ever stop here again.

I don’t know what has happened since the last time I’ve been here, but I have put in a order for chips and guac a steak burrito and a quesadilla order with two cokes on the side nothing crazy is it to be ready by 6:10 and next thing I know I have to go up to the front two times to ask for the same order only to get caught with the same attitude from this girl working the back
not only was I’m missing the chips and guac two drinks altogether. The pictures below is her idea of a steak quesadilla she completely disregarded us as a customer treated us with disrespect just for simply asking her to do a job. Don’t recommend.

I don’t know why I thought it would be any better in Dixon, Illinois, when it’s been consistently bad everywhere I’ve tried it—Texas, Idaho, Utah. All the same story.
End of shift vibes, so I half-expected to see sad food sitting under the glass, slowly giving up on life—and it did not disappoint.
I even told myself don’t get the burrito. Nobody there knows how to wrap one to save their lives. It always comes out looking like a dirty diaper stuffed with ingredients that have lost all sense of purpose.
Sure enough, nothing on the burrito was consistent—especially the “little” sour cream, which somehow translated to about half a cup dumped straight down the middle.
And then, the grand finale: the aggressive mashing of all the outer edges into a tight, round ball that in no way resembles a burrito. Just a compact sphere of regret. Why does that bother me so much? I don’t know—but it does.
Oh, and don’t forget the $18 price tag for this masterpiece.
Just like every other time, I ended up unwrapping it completely and eating it with a fork, because a burrito shaped like a softball simply doesn’t work for me.

i don’t eat at this place but i occasionally do doordash and about 2 night’s ago it was my first time walking in and i had to use the bathroom..respectfully it didn’t look like it’d been “up to code” cleaned in a minute. toilet paper roll sitting on the roller all nonchalant like 15 people before me haven’t touched every part of the roll already . and i’ve never seen a bathroom sink in any establishment other then a small town back room bathroom casey’s sink, look that desperate for a serious wipe down. whatever, i’m only making this review because whoever’s running this particular chipotle need’s to switch it up a bit, treat your customers with respect and basic courtesy..and clean them GD bathroom’s like you have guest’s coming over.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, it seemed like the staff lacked professionalism and basic customer service. The employees appeared unmotivated and uninterested in helping customers.
The food preparation area did not look clean, and that immediately raised concerns for me. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority in any restaurant, and unfortunately, this location did not give that impression.
The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and poorly managed. This place seriously needs better supervision and higher standards. I will not be returning to this location.

With it only being the 3rd day of being opened, the service was great! I expected there to be long wait time due to everyone wanting to try it out so I went there when I knew I had the time to wait. The employees were doing a great job to keep everything stocked to keep the line moving. My food all tasted great and I am so happy to have a Chipotle here!

The food was decent but the service was horrendous and the restaurant was filthy. We went right up to the counter of the nearly empty restaurant and were completely ignored. When we finally got service it was slow and rude like it was an inconvenience they had to do their job (and badly at that). The dining area and kitchen were both filthy with food and trash on most surfaces and smeared gunk on the table and back splashes. My pictures look better than it did in person. How a new food place looks this bad I’m not sure. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited.

I should have known not to go in when there was trash all over outside and no trash can. We walked in and 3 employees were just watching us come through the door. One of them was sitting on the floor! We got 2 burritos with chips and queso. ($44 crazy) As we sat down I noticed tables had not been wiped off and trash cans were full. 1st bag of chips were stale, 2nd bag had Soggy chips. Wish I could post pictures here. It sucks because we drove 25 min just for this. Dixon is the closest one. I will drive further to find another one! Won’t have this craving for awhile.

Decided to give it a chance since we had a free order of guac off the app. Placed and order at 5:38p for a 5:50p pick up. Arrived on time and waited another 10mins, only car in the drive thru. Got back home and none of the order was right except the bag of chips and the bottled pop. Free order of guac was not included in the bag. Food was cold and gross
Called the number they have attached to the store and it’s all an automated system that puts you through to someone who might is not at the local store. Was only offered a refund minus the chips and pop.
