Nabil, always goes above and beyond, he doesnt just make you feel like a customer, but a human being. He has an amazing memory, and from the monent you enter until you leave he makes sure you feel special. Nabil is the kind of man that makes you want to come back. As a chef myself, it’s not always the food that brings you back, it’s the people. Thank you Nabil, for being the amazing person you are. Thanks for always making me feel on top of the world from the moment i enter until i leave. Nabil would be a great candidate for a manager, frankly every company needs a nabil. I had a bit of a “klutz moment” today—I managed to trip right after getting my food, and my entire bowl ended up on the floor. I was mortified and fully prepared to get another bowl.
Without me even asking, the staff stepped in immediately. They weren’t just attentive and quick to help clean up; they were incredibly kind and generous enough to remake my entire order for free.
It’s one thing to get good food, but it’s another to be treated with that kind of genuine empathy. The crew here is top-notch, and their customer service turned a stressful moment into a great day. I will definitely be coming back!

The worst experience I’ve had to date coming to this location! You can clearly see I only have 3 ingredients and I had to tell the guy 4 times to put more rise! Even with that you can clearly see the bowl is damn near empty! I’m sick and tired of these people being stingy with some rise that literally costs them one dollar to buy if that… Just bring in the robots already whatever these people are getting paid is not worth it!

Theres a reason this chipotle has higher reviews that others around. The quality is consistently the same. For example, I’ve been to chipotles where they don’t put seasoning in the black beans. This chipotle consistently has the black beans seasoned. Also, some of the very best chipotle locations don’t burn their chips and they season them with enough of the lime/salt. And this location usually gets that right too! Whatever standards the management is setting here is good! Keep it up!

Trash!! All of the workers are mean and have an attitude and refuse to put in any effort. They dont replenish any food, they just look at the empty bins, then stare back at you like they cant bring any more food. The store was super dirty and didnt have any sauces out. They also tried charging me extra for meat when I got a veggie bowl, becareful the line manager does that on purpose!

“Warning to all vegetarians and vegans! I ordered a veggie bowl from this Chipotle location and was horrified to find beef pieces in it. When I called to report the issue, the staff seemed unconcerned and simply offered to replace the bowl without acknowledging any wrongdoing.
As a pure vegetarian, I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to food handling and preparation. The excuse that the beef must have been ‘next to the beef tray’ is unacceptable.
I hope Chipotle takes steps to address this issue and ensures that their vegetarian and vegan options are prepared safely and with care.

This location tastes really good, it’s a shame employees are so miserable! We came in yesterday evening and the kid at the start of the counter had daggers for eyes. He looked so mean and unpleasant and you could forget about a hi bye thank you from him! Just seething angrily at everyone who walks in. How does management not read this review or see for themselves the employees behavior?!
