I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. Shortly after consuming my meal from this location, I began experiencing severe gastrointestinal symptoms, including nausea and stomach pain, consistent with foodborne illness. It was significant enough and I was sick for 3 days and caused real concern…

I reported the issue in good faith, expecting follow-up and accountability. In addition, I reached out regarding a reward that was removed from my account following the order. I did not request a refund I simply asked if my reward could be reinstated. I was later informed that the reward would not be returned due to a refund I did not ask for.

Since then, I have followed up for clarification to the chipotle incident team and requested direct corporate contact information, but I have not received a response. The lack of communication after reporting both illness and a billing/reward discrepancy is extremely disappointing.

As a frequent customer, I expected transparency, timely follow-up, and better customer care. I hope this review encourages a proper review of both the food safety concern and the unresolved reward issue…

It’s been about six months since we’ve ordered from chipotle. For the reason they kept messing up the order, what a turnaround. we ordered lunch from there today and everything was right on point. We ordered the chicken burrito bowl and the chicken burrito, chips and salsa and their new Adobo ranch sauce. If you haven’t tried that Adobo Ranch you need to, it was phenomenal. They need to bottle it up and put it on the shelves in the store. It was amazing. The location I went to the line was down to the front door. looked like they were a little shorthanded. we waited 10 extra minutes from our pickup time.
They kept apologizing for the delay.
It was definitely worth the wait!

One of the worst Chipotles in the nation. Slowest service. Food is never prepared. You could be in line for a half hour and then not even be able to get what you want because they dont know how to manage their time preparing food. If you do get your food, it’s ice cold. The staff is just absurb and have absolutely no customer service skills let alone sanitation. It’s atrocious. Watched an employee not wash his hands and put food out without gloves then proceed to cough over all the food withiut covering his mouth. Another one with their entire thumb inside the bowl after they just touched garbage. Who is running this place? Someone needs to shut it down or get new management. I don’t know why I even waste my time bothering with this place anymore. GO ANYWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, MONEY AND A HEADACHE.

I went in today to buy a Chipotle and the service has definitely gone downhill. They had about 3 hours to close and the server refused to give me more white rice, said I only could get one scoop so it would last the rest of the night. Also, there weren’t any proteins only chicken. Staff was rude and the area where they serve was a mess/sloppy. I have been coming here for years and never had any issues until now. Goes to show that a place can go downhill due incompetent staff and no management around….

SCAM ALERT!!!!
I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred today at approximately 11:45 a.m. at your Chipotle location. My 15-year-old son was sent into the store with a legitimate $100 bill that I had just withdrawn from the bank. Shortly after entering the store, he contacted me stating that an employee refused to accept the bill, claimed it was counterfeit, and would not return it to him. He was instead told to use another form of payment.
I immediately went to the store to address the situation. When I questioned how the bill could be counterfeit given that it came directly from the bank, the employee stated that she had “checked” it. I was shown that she had marked the bill with a Sharpie, which is not a proper or professional method of verifying currency. She later claimed that the bill had also been checked using a machine located in the back of the store, which raised additional concerns, as such verification tools should be readily accessible at the register.
Most concerning was the fact that the employee initially refused to return the bill to my son despite not accepting it as payment. This placed him in an uncomfortable and embarrassing position and created the appearance that the store was attempting to retain his money without providing service. At no point was an apology offered to my son or to me, even after the situation was clarified. Instead, mall security was threatened.
The manager on duty did not intervene appropriately, did not examine the bill himself, and did not offer an apology for the treatment of a minor customer who was wrongly accused. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service was unacceptable.
Chipotle should ensure that employees are properly trained in handling and verifying currency, especially when dealing with minors, and that managers take responsibility for resolving conflicts respectfully and appropriately.
Due to this experience, I will no longer be patronizing this location. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Very disappointing. Went here to order two bowls. The employees were lacking good customer service AND ingredients. The containers barely had any meat, rice, fajitas, salsa, etc. The person working here said it would be a long wait time and proceeded to just ring me up for the FULL price for a barely full, not one but two, bowls. I feel like I got robbed here.

Been going here for 3 years consistently and the pickup service has gotten worse, they are always falling behind on orders, have only one person pushing out orders by themselves while having a panic attack about how overwhelmed they are. They clear the main line so fast so why not place two ppl on pick up line. Every single cashier on shift is also overwhelmed and therefore gives you attitude, especially the cashier with heavy makeup. Don’t use their pickup service, you’ll be delayed 10-20 min and you’ll get treated like an uber eats driver.

This has to be the worst Chipotle anywhere. Slow, sloppy service. Zero urgency, told my husband kids menu didnt come w anything, burrito was so gross w sour cream and guac dripping out every which way, my salad had like 5 lettuce leaves and a pound of sour cream. Just awful. Hadn’t been in years. Now I remember why.
