I asked for a burrito that’s not spicy ❌ ️ — I chose beef, white rice, and regular beans, nothing that should be hot — but it still came out spicy. A bit disappointing since I was really trying to avoid spice.

Every time and I mean every time I order from here my food comes to me looking disgusting. You guys can never get simple instructions correct! I asked for hard shells. I get soft. I ask for chicken I get steak. I ask for certain toppings and get everything but what I asked for! Learn how to read! My food is ice cold like it came straight from the freezer! Do better! I forgot to mention the tacos I got was rolled up on top of each other like a big burrito in foil! Not a bowl not even a tray! In a piece of foil!

Hey, the QR code on the app won’t scan with the store’s reader, and I’m using the dark theme on my phone. This has been going on forever, and they still haven’t fixed it! I can’t use my rewards or get my free stuff. It sucks paying for something that should be free, right? Plus, I didn’t even order the guacamole, but they charged me for it… This place always sucks with something.

I come to this location about once a week, but lately I’ve noticed a big drop in the portions, especially the protein.
A couple weeks ago I asked for chicken in my bowl. After the server gave me the first scoop, he got distracted. When I asked for double chicken once he came back, he immediately complained that what I already had looked like a double serving… which it clearly wasn’t.
Today was even worse. The server was shaking the spoon for everything, even the beans, so the portions were tiny.
Not sure if this is how they’re being trained now, but compared to other Chipotle locations, the servings here are noticeably smaller. As a regular, I’d honestly rather walk a few extra blocks to a different Chipotle than keep coming here.

I have ordered twice now from this location via the app for delivery. Despite it being cold, I can’t complain too much because it was delivery and not necessarily their fault. However, not only did they completely butcher the two bowls, they just duplicated my order which they messed up instead of make the bowl that my fiancée ordered. She hates sour cream and lettuce on her bowl and hers came with a swamp of sour cream and covered in lettuce. Extremely disappointing. Do not eat here. You’ve been warned.

The person that made my burrito was extremely rude. He barely looked at me and just kept saying “anything else”. Not a welcoming atmosphere and he also didn’t listen to what I was telling him. I said a little cheese… and I had to reopen my burrito to take the mound of cheese off. After doing that, the food actually tasted good, but the vibes were terrible.
