Good spot to grab night grub at 9pm. Good service. But dang $2.75 for guac on a burrito, and I asked for a little not knowing they charge for that. Geez. Well, now I know. I’d go back if I want a burrito or bowl. Parking lot is available

The saddest little burrito and empty burrito bowl there ever were . The bowl was about half a meal and was missing rice, corn, fajita veggies, sour cream (this was more than half the ingredients we ordered!)… and had about 3 strips of lettuce and 5 little cheese shreds in it. This photo was before eating any of it. What was wrong with the person who made this? We called to talk to someone and couldn’t even get through.

I tried the new garlic steak in a bowl and it was very good and not spicy at all but very low key subtle tasty marinade. I like this the most out of either serve.

I ordered a chicken bowl and a steak burrito through the chipotle app for pick up. The portions were EXTREMELY small. The burrito looked like it was for a kids meal. I also was very disappointed that the burrito had rice that wasn’t cooked. To top it all off, I had ordered a 32 oz to get the watermelon limeade, and the dispenser was out of the drink. This is the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle!! Spend your money elsewhere!

I understand times are bad for everyone but your store needs to stop skimping orders this bad. Last time they even forgot to add the meat on my tacos; I would think they would make it up up with the other ingredients like it’s a vegetarian but nope I just got three empty tortillas. The disappointment, I will be driving further now to a different chipotle.

The rice was hard because it wasn’t cooked all the way and the rest of my burrito bowl had so much lime in it. Nobody asked for crunchy, sour rice. Get it together.
