I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I was charged $3.75 for extra chicken, but the employee added only about one-quarter of a scoop. I was told that even this amount counts as extra, which is unreasonable and misleading. Charging full price for ¼ scoop is unfair.
On top of that, the packaging was very poor. The bag was not sealed properly, and food and liquid were leaking out, creating a mess. This shows a lack of care in basic packaging and food handling.
Additionally, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining things politely, the staff member’s attitude made the situation worse. I felt disrespected as a customer.
Between the unfair extra charge, leaking packaging, and poor service, this experience felt more like a money grab than quality service. I expect better standards from Chipotle, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

I ordered a steak bowl through the Chipotle app, and every time I get this location, they fail to follow my instructions! Reading is fundamental! I am allergic to onions, so where does it say to add them? This is unacceptable, and you all need to be shut down!

I usually don’t waste my time writing reviews, but since I couldn’t get my credit back through DoorDash because it was an order I used with the $25 promotion i’ve been waiting so long for. I had to write a review,because wth Is this I ordered a steak burrito that was filled with nothing but rice and Hella sour cream with about five pieces of steak literally some brown guacamole that was extra salty and turned watery and black after an hour and the chips were stale I definitely won’t be ordering from here anymore smh ♀️UNACCEPTABLE!

Food was great!! Tried the Chicken Al Pastor and it had great flavor. My bowl was definitely filling the FOH crew was fast, friendly and worked diligently to feed the large line. I will be back again!! Thank you 87th Chipotle staff ❤️❤️

The customer service was horrible the young lady whom started the order had a very bad attitude. The portions of chicken is getting less and less. The brown rice and black beans were under cooked and the ranch out of fajitas veggies and queso cheese. This location had to do better

I came here to get a bowl but was told by the security Guard said that the place was closed and only accepting mobile orders. That is ridiculous. Probably so they can decide how much food to give you. If they needed more prep time they should have came in earlier. How can you close the doors on paying customers? I just took my money to jewels and bought a salad. No one has time for that. You cannot limit how a franchise will accept orders. Very ghetto. I’m not going to lie. Get it together for real.

Disappointed with the Service and Policies
I recently visited this Chipotle location and was left thoroughly disappointed. I noticed they had tortillas, which I wanted to purchase, but the manager informed me that they only sell them to online customers. This policy makes absolutely no sense—why would you limit an item that’s clearly available to only one group of customers? It feels like poor business judgment and a missed opportunity to provide better customer service.
To make matters worse, some of the staff were rude and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. As a loyal customer, I expect a welcoming and accommodating environment, not rigid policies and unfriendly behavior. This experience has left me questioning whether I want to return to this location.
I hope Chipotle takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how they handle customer interactions and policies, as it reflects poorly on the brand.

First and last time visiting this location. I hadn’t tried them in a long time although I love chipotle I usually go to the one’s north or downtown. And I live south. But I just got off work and it was my dinna. Oan very small portions I have never experienced that. Not only that but charged me 2.75 when I asked that the quac be put on the side. Very disappointed. I could bearly make a dam taco all I had was veggies and some rice. With a tablespoon of chicken.

Absolutely horrible experience. They ran out of steak and chicken during lunch with a long line of people waiting. We were told it would be a 20-minute wait with nothing offered to us for the inconvenience. The “manager ” did not accept responsibility for the delay and instead blamed the manager from the previous shift. Once she cut up a batch of steak, she proceeded to take it to the staff preparing mobile orders and made those of us in line continue to wait. Despite me being next in line, two people were taken ahead of me. After finally getting home to eat my food ½ of my steak was all fat. Complete waste of time and money! The manager is clearly not ready for a leadership position and needs additional training.
