I recently visited Chipotle, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze despite the busy time.
The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and I loved the variety of options available to customize my meal exactly to my liking. The burrito I ordered was packed with delicious fillings and perfectly wrapped. The guacamole was especially noteworthy – creamy and seasoned just right.
The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, Chipotle exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely be returning for more of their delicious, high-quality food. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever, chipotle corporation was already compensating me for horrible service prior to me coming here. I came here to receive my free entree and free guacamole and she had an attitude from the jump. Once I had enough of her disrespect, I asked for her name and she stated she doesn’t have a name. Therefore my wife took a picture of her and she then stated back to her oh take a good one but wasn’t able to give us her name. With all this going on she was also verbally assaulting us with profanity. Me and my wife are very loyal chipotle customers and after this encounter, this draws the line for chipotle and their employees. Just because whoever this employee with no name is having a rough day or dislikes the place she chose to work, does not give her the right to treat and customer the way she did and on top of that she also calls herself a manger. The other manager said his name is Jose not sure if it’s true or not but he was also getting very defensive once he got in the mix, at the end of day I recommend you all to seek another chipotle for your food!

I waited patiently for my order, but the experience was extremely disappointing. While my burrito was sitting on the counter, a bearded employee who was cleaning touched my burrito with his bare hands. At that point, I could only hope his hands were clean, which is not something a customer should ever have to question.
After that, once the burrito was finished, the employees continued rummaging around and doing miscellaneous tasks while I stood there ready to pay. I simply wanted to complete my purchase and leave, but the lack of urgency and professionalism was frustrating.
The overall experience made me feel poorly treated, and I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I ultimately walked out without my order. This visit raised serious concerns about food safety and customer service, and it also left me questioning whether I was treated differently.
I will not be returning to this Chipotle. God bless you all.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years (4–6 visits a month), but this location has pushed me to start going elsewhere.
Visit date: 11/10/2025 – 1132 S. Clinton St, Chicago, IL.
When I walked in, the line wasn’t busy, but the person making my food rushed me like I was holding everyone up. I asked for a bowl and a quesadilla and was told they “only do big quesadillas online” until another employee spoke up and said they could make it. Instead of simply helping, she rolled her eyes and reluctantly made it.
Portions were the real issue. My steak bowl had noticeably less than a normal spoonful of steak. I also paid for double steak on the quesadilla, and what I received was closer to a light single. When I questioned it, I was basically dismissed.
I tried to resolve this through Chipotle’s support and got only generic responses and no real acknowledgement of the problem.
For what I paid, the attitude and portions weren’t worth it. I’ll be taking my business to other options.

You really need 0 stars for the worst chipotle in the USA. Every single employee needs to wear a helmet to work. you should not trust any of these people to touch your food. These people couldn’t get a job sweeping floors. Chipotle corporate should be so embarrassed of this location.

this restaurant is extremely unprofessional out of all chipotle restaurants i have been to. the food is not all that great for starters the rice was hard and not all the way cooked. the staff there are extremely rude and need customer skills training. I asked the chipotle worker while in line after they started making my bowl if it was possible if they could continue making my bowl considering i was standing there she continued to rudely ignore me and continue to make orders that was printed out in front of me. i never known for a chipotle to make online orders in life with regular orders there’s usually a separate station for that which it was and wasn’t being used . also if even if they did i’ve always known that good customer service is to to take care of the people who are there . why would you purposely inconvenience a paying customer that’s already there . but avoid this place there a better chipotle locations that don’t have homeless people harassing you or poor quality of food or terrible customer service.

Every time I go to this location, I feel like I’m being ripped off. The service is horrible. It’s always filthy to the point that where I feel it’s my duty to call the health department. And they always have lazy 20 somethings running the store where 1 works and 5 do nothing or something close to nothing while you stand in line for 20 minutes on a 30 minute lunch break. I have to stop going here.
