I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment on 2/9 at 11:20 a.m. and stopped in, fully expecting not to enjoy my food because I’ve had a bad sinus infection and couldn’t taste or smell anything. There was a long line, but no problem. I ordered my bowl and a small drink, sat down, and honestly thought it wouldn’t make a difference. Then I took my first bite and to my surprise, I could taste it. Not just taste it, but it tasted exactly like Chipotle did 20 years ago when I first tried it. It instantly brought back memories I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten: standing in line at the Chipotle on 95th, watching them roll my burrito, going home, taking my first bite, and offering my little sister a taste only for her to say she wished she had gotten Chipotle instead of McDonald’s because it was that good. This meal was more than food; it was a moment. Huge thanks to the employees at this location for bringing that quality and flavor back. Please keep up the great work.

They have Coke Zero! This Chipotle is great. They are definitely a busy store. I walked in and had to wait up to 15 min. In line. But when the staff member greeted me to start my food they were nice and efficient. I like their chicken bowl. Very tasty. I would definitely recommend getting the app and ordering ahead. Also to collect the points. I have gotten a lot of free food from my Chipotle rewards I have accrued. It is right by the Gothic Target.

My order was completely messed up, missing several things and the ingredients that were included were small portions. Basically just rice and lettuce. They didn’t include guacamole, beans, salad dressing n barely added a hand ful of chicken. I reached out to them and there automated app did nothing to help. The quality of the food has become much worse too.

I ordered three bowls and one burrito but was charged for two burritos. When I questioned it, the employee rudely insisted I was lying and claimed I had guacamole I never ordered. I even showed her the burrito to prove the mistake, yet she still refused to apologize. The attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful, making this my worst experience at Chipotle.
