The guac that was included with the order was really bad. When I walked into the store to pickup my order, I saw the food they had everything looked fine. That means, they put this stale guac in the carry out order, maybe a way to get rid of expired quantity. They charge good amount of money for guac and i was really disappointed in the quality.

Excellent service great ppl. Clean and dedicated staff. But the guac in my bowl was not mashed properly so I ended up getting two hard pieces of avocado. Otherwise, great food.

Called in an order for two salad bowls for pickup. My bowl was supposed to have extra fajitas and I had only four slices of yellow pepper. It was a salad bowl! No salad in the bottom of the bowl. Instead just a few shredded pieces on top. There was chicken in my bowl but less than what’s normal for Chipotle. Let’s just say my bowl was half full at best. My husbands bowl was better but still lacking. Again, it was a SALAD bowl. Where was our salad. Then it gets better! We try to call to speak with a manager and have pics to back up our claim. Instead we get a recording, no staff available including the manager. We get directed to our email to file a digital complaint with “Pepper” their live chat. Which is basically prerecorded answers to frequently asked questions. They send us an offer for BOGO. Really Chipotle! You really have changed through the years and just completely lack customer service. I’m out! You can keep your BOGO and my refund! There are healthier places with better food and quality customer service that will receive my business! Shame on you Chipotle and it’s a shame how quickly you’ve gone down hill!

I have been to Chipotle probably 100 times in my life and the only times I got obviously old and stale food was at this location. After reading all the reviews for this place it seems obvious that this is a systemic issue at this location, not just one off. Only a matter of time before someone gets sick.

If you like low quality fake Mexican food, be sure to go into the restaurant to order, and don’t order for delivery as they will sell you food that doesn’t exist. I don’t mean ingredients, but whole menu items they will charge you for and not give you. Corporate tells staff they’re not allowed to mark stuff out of stock on their app. I had to dispute with the credit card company to get my money back and then they tried to recharge the card a month later which the credit card company declined thankfully.

I have never experienced a bad order at Chipotle…its really not that hard. So many places get it right but not this one. Never again. Save yourself and drive to a different location. Ordered an online pickup and paid an extra $3.50 for guac on 2 burritos. That’s $7.00 only for my order to arrive with of course no guac…they take advantage of skimping out on online orders because they know the consumer will not be able to come back the same day and complain. Rice and beans were hard as a rock. No flavor and barley any chicken…Will be visiting in person to be comped for my order. Even took a picture of my receipt clearly showing ordered with guac and it not being on the burrito

If I could give my experience just now a negative 5 I would. We walk in and two of the front employees have long hair, not completely pulled back. There is food all over the counter they make the bowls and burritos on. Then there’s the area they are making your call ahead order and there’s some young guy that is standing by where they are making up the orders putting his fingers through his longer hair, no hat not pulled back. Walking all over back there and by the coolers running his fingers through it. Then over in that same area is 4-5 of the teens that since they are behind there I’m assuming they are employees standing around talking while they’re 10 people behind us. It’s been a long time since I’ve worked in food service but the last time I did and many years after when I took my Serve Safe class hair was supposed to be pulled back and if not a hairnet or hat was to be worn. I looked at my husband and we decided to bounce. I didn’t need hair in my dinner.

Terrible experience. Cashier was EXTREMELY slow – the line started to go out the door to the restaurant. Food was made and became cold by the time we were able to pay and eat. Chips were cold and stale. This particular Chipotle needs a visit from management.
