But God this staff is not friendly and not a single person moves with urgency in that place. 2 people could be in front of you and they will manage to make your to go order a 15 minute ordeal somehow. Running out of food at 6:30pm. No no steak?! No guacamole?! No queso?! Staff leaving, putting notes on the doors for people arriving for their orders, only to find out they aren’t made. Don’t know where the manager is, but this is why I have stopped coming here. Online orders frequently messed up. Dining area filthy.

I had a chicken with brown rice and black beans and diced tomatoes and corn and cheese and lettuce my boss it was her birthday last Tuesday. I wasn’t there so I figured I’d treat her to a lunch. But anyway she had half chicken and steak and tomatoes and brown rice and black beans and quckamole and lettuce and man was it ever good. Cheers to you the starter of Chipoltes.

By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. First, the entire team was unprepared and I ended up waiting 10 mins just for them to take my order. Then, as I asked for each ingredient, the lady half scooped me on everything and when I asked for a full serving scoop, she tried to charge me for double, then proceeded to charge me $15 for half a steak and guac bowl. On top of everything, when I asked for a side of vinaigrette, it was old, smelled awful, and chunky. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never coming back here.

I ordered lunch with my coworkers and there were three things missing in our order. we tried to call to get a refund or get the items delivered, but there is only an automated message. we chatted online and we still have been unable to receive a refund for the missing orders, just 3 free chips and guac that can’t be redeemed at the same time, or transferred to other rewards accounts.

I ordered a kids meal the other day and it comes with 2 taco shells , a protein , and 2 side dishes . I cho ch , beans and rice . I then asked do and receive and I was told to pay a dollar for a tablespoon of sour cream , a dollar for a table spoon of salsa and a dollar for some sprinkles of cheese . The manager was beyond rude and the cashier kept handing me my kids cup with her fingers inside the cup . I contacted corporate and it was a complete waste of time .

Eat here frequently and today while waiting on my choice of meat to be done I noticed the workers that was prepping the online orders eating over the bowls being prepared, chewing open mouthed over it, showing others his chewed up food in his mouth all while the bowls being prepped were uncovered, even spit flying all over the food they were making. I asked for a manager and was very surprised to see he was one of the guys standing there while this all was going on. I still reported it to the manager but i chose to leave and I don’t think I plan on visiting this location again for a while at least.

Ordered through DoorDash and was complete trash. My burrito was not wrapped properly. It’s was watery and the tortilla was soggy. My guacamole had some brown spots in it and I’ve never seen any other chipotle guacamole with brown spots. The burrito bowl was spicy and it was veggie with no salsa at all, so why was it spicy? Chips were hard and I’m just really disappointed. I tried calling their location, the automated service won’t ever get you to a real person. So their is no customer service at this location. I won’t be ordering again.
