This was the portion for my veggie bowl that was supposed to have everything on it. The rice is raw, no sauce, no guacamole. No one reached out and said they were out of ingredients. We ordered 3 veggie bowls and all were like this. This isn’t my first time having a horrible experience here. Not sure how this place is able to stay open.

This place is so dirty. It’s run by a bunch of kids who don’t care about the business. Watched as multiple people weren’t washing hands before starting to prepare food. Putting gloves on doesn’t equal hands washed and clean. The attitude from every single staff member in the establishment. Had to ask for a little more of everything because they weren’t even doing full portions. Paid $25 to receive stale and wet? Chips? And huge avocado skin in large guacamole. The attitude was unbelievable. Absolutely never coming here again. It’s people like this who think that it’s okay to treat paying customers like trash. I asked for a bag to put my 2 separate bags (one had my food and the other had chips) and was told “they are already in bags” Theres no way the food we were served was up to corporate standards. I hope you guys get a hold on this. It’s a shame because I used to genuinely enjoy eating here.

Never again.for the second time in a row we order fajitas bowl and the have no fajitas after waiting 35 min , just picking up the food. Had then to wait a half hour just for them to tell us the ran out of food. The restaurant was empty. Do not go to this Chipotle. You will loose.

Despite some recent negative reviews I read here, my family and I had a very positive experience at the Chipotle on Naper Blvd in Naperville. The food was exactly what we expected from Chipotle: fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable. The service was quick and professional, consistent with our past visits.
During our meal, an unexpected situation unfolded near our table when two customers, who were not acquainted, became embroiled in a loud verbal argument unrelated to the restaurant. It was disruptive and uncomfortable for nearby diners.
The staff handled the situation extremely well. They stayed calm and professional, and the manager stepped in to de-escalate the situation and restore order. Afterward, the manager personally checked in with my family to make sure we were okay, which we really appreciated.
I want to commend the Chipotle team for their professionalism and care in handling a stressful situation. Their response made a strong impression and reinforced our confidence in this location.

Rice in all 3 orders was not cooked and rather hard/crunchy. Guacamole was brown. This was a to-go order so not discovered until home. Online help was also no assistance.

If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. The vestibule when you enter is filthy and has been every time we’ve visited. Secondly, I’ve had to ask employees to change their gloves before preparing my food on 2 separate occasions. The last time this occurred, the employee handled the check out and customer credit cards and then proceeded to try and prepare food whiteout changing gloves.
I visited the store with my two small children and was polite and positive to the employee who was preparing food. He was previously dealing with a customer who was also having issues with the staff. Once I got to the check out, the employee was incredibly rude. She was non responsive, rolling her eyes and sighing to my questions. Finally I asked her to read back my order and she was behaving as mentioned before. So finally, I asked her to stop being rude as I was not giving her that treatment. She proceeded to walk away and the manager came over who started out aggressive and agitated. The manager wouldn’t let me speak to explain the situation. She justified the employee’s behaving by saying, “that’s just the way she is.” To which, I told her was unacceptable. This place is a dump and we will not be back.

I wish I checked the reviews before going here. This was my first chipotle experience after several years and now I see why I stopped eating here. I got a veggie bowl and for some reason the cook told the cashier it was steak and almost charged me 20 dollars for a damn bowl. When I corrected them they changed the price and slammed my cup and chips into my bag and told me to have a good day with the most demonic stare ever as if it was my fault or something. Do better and stop hiring people with anger issues

Had my order messed up for the 4th time at this location. Am I stupid for continuing to give this location a chance? Stood at the the register for 10 minutes just to get ignored even my the manager when trying to correct. Locations like this will most likely lead chipotle to bankruptcy.

My experience here was unacceptable. The restaurant was unclean, with filthy tables and unhelpful, rude staff. My order arrived late, the chicken bowl was barely edible, and to top it off, there was a hair in the food.

This is not what I expect when I go to Chipotle. I was going to get a Steak burrito bowl – “was” being the operative word. The person fixing my bowl started to scrape what looked like dry old steak from the bottom of the container. The steak looked like it had been sitting there for quite some time into the spoon and I stopped her. I asked if they could make fresh steak which I think was a fair request. I asked how long it would take and was told 5 minutes. They took the rice in the bowl and put it aside. After about 15 minutes of the entire crew ignoring me, I asked how much longer. The steak was cooked and in back- the first girl snapped at me “we have to season it”. Fearful of what they were seasoning it with, I left. This used to be a nice Chipotle now its a dirty mess. I drove across the street for a Cali girl Burrito- which was YUMMY!
