Hit or miss.mostly miss at this location. Latest buy was a loss and smack in the face when I got skimmed on every ingredient and I was one of the first customers as it had just opened. The containers will full yet the kid underserved me on everything like it they were running outta money. Add to it he gives me more sour cream than steak and corn combined.
Have been there before and saw them serve the way I’ve seen a trainer tell them was tbe proper way to scoop. Had hairs in a bowl from another location so hesitated before buying here. Going to go back to making homemade bowls and not worry about these guys with soft wrists.
Soon another person comes in for a pickup and asks for their order, the staff member then tells the person they will get to the order when they do. A few minutes go by and customer tries to ask again, to which the staff member again very rudely told them that they would get their order when they could. I then said to the patron, I was promised 5:20. The staff then heard and yelled at me that they were busy and I would have to wait.
I was completely caught off guard as I was not even talking to staff. The tone was utterly rude and uncalled for. And completely inappropriate to speak to a customer in that way. Up to that point I had said nothing to this employee other than my name for pickup. I then told them, they could have expressed they were busy at any point to me, they did not, instead was rude and borderline line belligerent.
I believe there are a few solutions to this. 1, if you are understaffed there is no reason to speak to a customer so harshly. 2 you get staff for your rush everyday. You pay them double. You hire more staff. 3. You turn off the online orders until you get caught up. 4. You speak to your manager or corporate or somebody else about your staffing problems.
The upside, the (2) staff working the line were crushing. They absolutely nailed the order.
