Two terrible experiences in a row at this Chipotle. Here’s my steak quesadilla that had one cube of steak and cheese. Ordered the featured item, under features, and they made it wrong. Can you train your employees on the featured items? Second time trying to get it and it was wrong both times. Also didn’t include the vinaigrette I ordered. $15 for a cheese quesadilla, a side of peppers and rice. OUCH!

Food is good. But if you are using the car pick up lane, double check your order before driving away. I’ve had 4 occasions were I was given someone else’s order. Staff doesn’t care when incidents like this happen.

It was so dirty in the restaurant. Also the kid making my tacos was going so fast so the food was just going all over the place. They barely had any pico left so he was just scooping literal spoon full of juice onto my tacos. They’re soaking wet. Super disappointing and annoying.

Excellent experience. Found out this location was new. Steak is the same at every Chipotle though. Had to spit out a few pieces of steak as the are fatty and not chewable. The facility was clean as well.

The new location is super clean and very cool. Everyone working there was nice and the food was all well cooked and prepared well. Worth going out of your way if you are closer to the one on Kirk.

Steak burrito was terrible the steak was such poor quality you couldn’t chew it…only a couple pieces were edible…couldnt understand what the girl taking orders was saying and she was rude,then guy next to her asked what I wanted on the burrito I told him just a little Pico and he put a huge spoonful on…I told him I just wanted a small amount and he just says “my bad” and wraps it up…won’t be back…and the tables were dirty

just awful. I decided to take my family here for dinner but this location is just so small!! there was barely any tables left for us to sit at. after we ate then we all immediately didn’t feel well, for the entire week after we all got food poisoning from this.
