i love chipotle, but this location is horrible. new employees aren’t properly trained on building bowls. i consistently receive half-portions at full price, and the food is always cold by the time i get home. i only live 2 minutes away. it’s pathetic really, and such a rip off for the amount of food i receive.

This location has absolutely horrible management!!! Had an incomplete order that they tried to give us and charge us for without giving us what was paid for already. When asked to talk to the manager because they were “out of steak”, Alexa showed up and was very rude and offered no resolution and continued to speak rudely while she walked away before the conversation was done. Oh and because of how they handled things, there was no one to talk to about her behavior or our substandard food order. I didn’t pay for steak tacos to have them 1/2 filled with chicken. Stay away from this place or prepare yourself for poor customer service. Resolution was they weren’t actually out of steak and we waited an additional 20 minutes after the first 20 we waited for full tacos

This chipotle used to be pretty good but the quality of the food and staff has become terrible as of late. Staff is rude and have attitude for no reason, restaurant is dirty, and the food is usually cold.

So a strange experience at Chipotle in Naperville, IL. While I wanted a vegetarian burrito bowl, the person behind the counter only put one scoop of white Rice and when I asked for a bit more she added half scoop of rice and the rest of the toppings were added way too less (in terms of quantity). What surprised me was the customer standing behind me was getting her bowl filled to the top of the bowl. I believe the employee was picking and choosing. Anywho, will not visit this location at all.

What ppl fail to realize is, when you top your bowl with tons of COLD items the food then becomes COLD. Secondly, rice is NOT FREE. After the second scoop, you have to pay as a side.
