My big issue is that whenever I order a burrito from this chipotle, they don’t seem to know how to fold it properly, so it just falls apart before I even get a chance to eat it. Every single time I open the foil and it is oozing sour cream and dripping that it just falls apart. This is the only chipotle I have had this issue at. I pretty much only order bowls now

Ordered my bowl through grubhub at this restaurant. My bowl came full of burnt, dry chicken. It ruined the entire taste of the meal. I’m appalled at how someone could serve such burnt meat.. worst Chipotle experience ever.

Terrible quality steak, was nothing but tough fat, tried to chew it but not possible, see photo. Things happen I understand and was not going to write any review, just wanted a refund on this 1 item of 3 we ordered (other two were fine)… then tried that process and it was terrible. Go onto the website and go through all the reporting and they say thank you, no offer of a refund. Call and go through a hard process to talk to someone, of course that call went overseas, they said thank you, asked for a refund they said no, asked again and got a bogo offer, then demanded my money back and a manager and got a 1 free item offer, still demanded my money and finally after 10 minutes received my $11 back. Wasn’t about the money, was about the principle, WILL NEVER GO BACK, COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.

I said hello to the one who serves and the cashier and none of them said hello or acknowledged me at all while I ordered and paid. I’m a senior citizen, not my first time at a fast food place. I walked into chipotle in homer glen, at about 2 in the afternoon, 2 guys behind cutting up. Vegetables, one girl sweeping the rug, no line I was it. THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE. After standing there about 3 min. It was like I might of been invisible. But trust me I’m not.i asked the girl sweeping the rug spewing up dust, is anyone going to take care of me. She turns and says Eric, one of the two cutting things up. All the things that hold the food had stuff in them, nothing missing. I know this because I always check to make sure it doesn’t look like it’s been sitting there for hours, as I believe it has been in some of my other trips to this Homer location. She said Eric, and he replied, I SEE IT.. IM CUTTING THIS RIGHT NOW. FIRST OF ALL IM NOT A “IT”, AND ALL THIS WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE HAD TO SAY TO ME IS ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU. ARE MANNERS NOT PART OF THE CHIPOTLE TRAINING. SO DISCUSSED I LEFT. SENIORS BEWARE, ITS NOT EASY TO GET THROUGH TO TALK TO A MANAGER EITHER. WE CAN THANK AI FOR THAT. DONT GO HERE. Food is always fine; however, some of the staff will skimp you on portions especially if you order online. I would recommend going in to order. Hopefully you don’t get the one guy who hardly puts anything in my bowl and looks like he’s gonna fall asleep while he’s doing it too.

Chicken was savory and fresh. Zero wait, they make the food very fast. Portions were very bad and I finished my honey chicken way before the rice. Guacamole had absolutely zero flavoring. No salt, no nothing, just avocado.
