This location needs to close. Food is always old, sloppy, and they are always out of ingredients. Literally every time you go there they are out of something. Steak is tough as rocks, chicken dry. I’ve been eating at this specific location for 2+ years now, since the management change, this store has gone downhill fast. It’s frequently opening late, clearly understaffed, and the service feels rushed and disorganized. The atmosphere is tense and unwelcoming, and it shows in the customer experience. Mostly mexican works here which i guess is understandable cause its a mexican restaurant but this one in south holland its a lil mexican chick that handles the online orders needs to b fired. About 2weeks ago i had a prob with her i picked up my order n went home somebody else name was on the bowl i webt back n told her i had no attitude even tho i was upset cause i drive all the way home n had to go back she took the bowl n completely ignored me a manager had to come to help her n guess what he was making my bowl n again she was about to put the wrong name on my bowl. But im like whatever ppl make mistake it was rude i felt. Today i went n picked up my food that same girl gave me nu bag i opened just to make sure it was my stuff she whisper something to the guy at the register they both looked at me n laughed i left i dont know if she did something to my food or bot but that girl dont need to b working at no restaurant very unprofessional i love chipotle but not that much…. update decided to give this location another try look at this im done im gonna buy the stuff n make it at home this is sad

It was not very clean, they barely had anything at 8pm, the tall Hispanic guy with the hair had an attitude for some reason. I had a bowl, and my chicken was cold not even warm but cold. They had no veggies. I definitely will not try this location again.

I come to this location often… I went in tonight to get a bag of chips and queso… I look and see 2 bags of chips on the shelf. I tell the young man behind the counter “Yes sir I would like a bag of chips and queso” he looks at me and says “Oh we don’t have any chips.” I then reply and I say “Ummmm so what about those chips in the bag right there on the wall?” He goes “Oh well you can have those if you order online” I reply and say “Wow so I have to literally go on my phone place a mobile order just to get chips that are right there in front of my face??? Ok buddy..” and I walked out. Some people do not deserve jobs… little does he know I come to this chipotle often! That’s ok… will NOT come there again! If you are wondering who it was… it was this gentleman pictured below…. RIDICULOUS

I’ve ordered delivery through this Chipotle multiple times and usually never have an issue. But today the guacamole you guys put in my bag tastes disgusting and it’s a very dark dark greenish color and taste like it’s old. I spent about $4 on this and I am pretty disappointed that you all didn’t provide me with fresh guacamole. I’m also not sure who’s cutting the meat like the chicken but I just bit hard in a bone and I’ve had this issue in the past with a lot fatty meat. Shouldn’t be tasting bones in my bowl. Smh
Update: I see that you all have responded but when I chat with you all it says to contact UberEats when you all are the ones that made the mistake. Very disappointing and maybe it’s best to stay away from this restaurant before someone gets sick or worse have to go to the dentist because my food has something in it that shouldn’t be there as pictured.

I mistakenly left my phone at the counter after paying for my food. Upon failing to resume listening to my audio book in the car, I realized that I had left my phone behind. Upon my arrival, the manager put me at ease, handing my phone back to me. This Chipotle location is clean. The food is fresh. I’ll definitely be back.

By far the worst chipotle I ever went to. Came in at 7pm and there was no customers and they were out of chicken black beans and rice. I felt so bad for the guys working the line because the two managers were in the back with 0 sense of urgency. When I paid for my chicken bowl I asked for chips and they told me they couldn’t sell the chips to me because they were only for online orders.
