This place is a total mess, rude staff or under staffed, late orders, low quality food. One of the worst chipotles I’ve ever had to deal with. Really sucks cause it’s the closest chipotle to me. Been in here multiple times and the staff yell at customers for standing in the wrong spot. Today it happened to me because my toe was over the tile line into the kitchen while I asked a question to the staff. The people that work here are either straight up rude or have really bleak personalities that are tough to interact with. Management needs change something. Sitting here it’s 7:40, my order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. Bet I’ll leave and get home to realize an item is missing from the bag, wouldn’t be the first time. 0/10 avoid this place at all costs. You have been warned. Thanks for reading. Still no food. .. 7:45… tik tok tik tok. Yeah I’m hangry, what about it?
****Edit**** You CANNOT make this stuff up. I ordered tacos and two STEAK quesadillas right. Guess what I find when I get home? These sad undercooked quesadillas with nothing but some cheese that didn’t even have a chance to melt yet. No steak, no nothing. Mind you, I checked the bag before leaving, it was all there. Am I supposed to open each items and check for correct ingredients too? I blew a fuse. Jumped in the car and straight back to America’s worst chipotle we go. I go to the front of the line, explain my issue and frustrations (as calmly as possible while trying not to explode). These people don’t even know what to say… they look at me like I’m an alien…. “Ok, wait a minute” says one of the cooks. Then he proceeds to take care of everyone else in line before addressing my issue. I calmly wait for my turn and fixed food. 8:15pm: I’m finally on my way home with the steak quesadillas I wanted. No free cup of water or a soda while I waited. Guy said sorry when he handed me the bag, that was as far as the customer service went. These people don’t care, ruined my night, wasted my time, and now I don’t want to show face in there for a while cause of the all the ruckus (and possibly getting confronted about this novel of a review)BUT THE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW!!! Chipotle is bomb, but this place ain’t it. L, after L, after L with this place tonight. Considering suing for emotional damages. Revised rating -10/10 I’d rather eat cardboard than let these people give me more brain damage. Save yourself, get the McDouble value meal instead. If you made it this far and still decide to give them a chance, that’s on you. Good luck, may the odds be forever in your favor.

Honestly, I’m disappointed with the management at this location. I placed an online order and noticed that my toppings were incorrect. I politely asked if they could add the free toppings that were missing, but they refused and then I requested a refund—which they also declined to process. I then contacted Chipotle Support, who fortunately issued the refund.
It’s disappointing that such a simple issue turned into a problem that could have easily been resolved with basic customer service.

Chipotle, you should be ashamed of yourself! Usually, I have a great experience at any store I go into, but not this one. It is absolutely filthy with eight or so people behind the counter, not too concerned about much. My order was ready, and the food was good, but the store itself was somewhere. I would never go back to because it was So dirty. Do yourselves a big favor and get some management out there that can help better prepare organized and trained the staff properly like the majority of your stores. You owe that to your staff.

The food is decent. Some other chipotles might be better. Staff here can be very rude. Sometimes I specifically cannot stand the short lady with a baby voice. It seems like she never listens to you and very sloppy. The manager does not seem to address the concerns And she’s so focused on defending her crew rather than fixing a problem. I don’t wanna give a one star because the food is good, but I also have a huge concern about how dirty the places is.

I ordered a burrito bowl today. I asked how long the chicken have been sitting out because it looked dry. The person servicing me, just shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know, as if her response was acceptable and she obviously didn’t care to know or find out. I chose the steak instead then asked if they are required to have label to know when to swap old met and toppings out for fresh. She, and another server said no, just the beef not the chicken. Chipotle needs to change this because there’s no reason why food should sit there and no one knows how long it’s been sitting. That’s disgusting and poor food handling practice. Do better.

The person after me ordered a normal burrito and had much more. Im not sure what gives, but I’m extremely disappointed. If I wanted a meal mostly focused on carbs and fats, I would’ve ordered a pizza. I honestly dont get it.

I went to pick up my salad—shorty was rude as hell. Yeah, y’all are closing, but you could at least say, “Hi, how you doing?” Yup, you’re welcome. I’ve worked in fast food, and if you had a bad day, baby, I didn’t do it to you. She didn’t say any of that—just rude as hell.
I didn’t care enough to leave a review over that part, but next time somebody says they want a salad bowl, put lettuce in it. That’s literally the first step, Moe. That’s why I ordered a salad.

Very frustrating experience. I ordered two bowls with a side of queso and chips using a reward and clearly told the employee preparing my order that I wanted chips and queso. However, the cashier only charged me for the queso and scanned my reward.
After paying, I was not given the chips. When I asked, they said I never requested them and claimed it was “too late” to fix because it wasn’t in the system. This was clearly a miscommunication between employees, yet they refused to resolve it.
When I asked for a refund, they threw the food away instead of simply giving me the chips. The manager was even more dismissive. Poor customer service and very unprofessional handling of a simple issue.
Also I asked for the original receipt in order to take the survey but they refused to give it to me.

This is the worst u have ever then too, not only as a staff extremely brewed, I paid for extra chicken, which I did not. I will be calling corporate on that. I do not understand what the problem is. I came in at at least three minutes early and of course my order was at least about 10 minutes late, but that’s OK nor did they even let me know that it was ready. I just don’t understand if you do not like your job. Why do you work there? I was completely flabbergasted at the treatment and the taste of the food. You guys are supposed to be the best chipotle around it was not. I’m just telling everybody if you go in there do not expect this you have to talk to you. They’re too busy on their phones or talking to each other to acknowledge any customers.

This is the worst chipotle location ever I was there today around 5:20 PM. I placed my order and I was ready to take it and pay for it. I’m telling him can you please charge me for my order he said no you gotta wait until I finish all six people on the line I told him, but my stuff is ready. He said this you’re not gonna be served today and he took my plate and threw it in the garbage. Anyways this place is nasty. That black guy he have dreads. He’s very unprofessional nasty attitude very very unprofessional would never recommend this place to anybody.
