I ordered online pickup at this location just to get home and find out my bowl was half full… and looking at other reviews it’s a common problem at this location! That’s crazy… on top of that I ordered 30min in advance and still waiting 10min at the window without anyone even saying hello or even acknowledging me. Keep in mind there was a working standing right at the window. There was like 4 cars behind us. CHIPOTLE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!

The total price of the order was over $23. I could have had a steak at the same price point.

The worst portion size I have ever gotten. Always having trouble at chipotle but I thought this location was different until yesterday. I submitted an inquiry online with this issue, however I got two automated emails with the same exact wording in it as a response. So now I’m going to post the picture of the bowl I got here and hope that someone from Chipotle reaches out to make this right. Barely any chicken nor toppings. Not worth it all for the cost.

Racist location. 9-16-2025, 2:21 pm. I walked in on my lunch break attempting to get a burrito bowl, I was the only one in line. Everyone behind the counter and in the kitchen looked at me, looked at each other, giggled, and turned around. No one attempted to serve me after an entire minute of me standing there watching them.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. You’ll be totally ripped off (second time this has happened). Prepare for a BABY burrito the size of a pop can. For $13-14 go down the street to AJs and get way more for your money, or go to a gas n wash where they serve burritos that are larger than an appetizer. Bad bad bad. I was more satisfied after drinking the beer since it was more filling than the burrito.
