I have to write a review today. Whoever was working at 12:40pm on 1/13/26 keep up the good work. This was the best chipotle bowl I’ve ever had!! Nothing was over or under seasoned. The portions were incredible. It was fresh and delicious. I have absolutely 0 complaints and that is so rare for chipotle. Idk if y’all got a raise or what but please keep it up!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Lockport Chipotle on September 8 around 8:27 PM. While waiting in line, I saw an employee hit her vape in front of customers, which was extremely unprofessional. On top of that, she had the worst customer service and barely put any meat in my carne asada burrito, making this the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

I promise this is the worse chipotle franchise around. EVERY time I go it there’s a problem. I went a month ago, got ignored with nothing said for 10 minutes and eventually left. The employees do not care! They’re constantly “why are people coming? Where are they coming from?” If you don’t want to work, go somewhere else or wait until I can’t hear you. Anyways tonight I had an employee who actually did care, was polite and doing his job well!! I asked for steak not realizing that the carne asada and steak were different(my mistake) he put literally 3 pieces on top being nice and then while I’m checking out he got in trouble for doing so. This place is absolutely ridiculous. People like him will make you want to come back, everyone else I’ve encountered is a high schooler who just doesn’t care. You guys need a serious management overhaul. Good job to the kid who just tried to make my experience better, I told him he didn’t have to, but he did and I appreciated it until who I’m assuming is the manager came and told him “never do that again”

5/16/25 I have to change my review for this location. The last time I ordered drive thru was almost 5 years ago and was disappointed in the volume of food in my burrito bowl. My family convinced me to try again tonight and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered four burrito bowls and all four were well made. See photos attached. Keep in mind, these pictures were taken after the lids were removed at home. The food barely fit in the container/lid. Well done this time Chipotle! Everything tasted great!

One frustration I have with Chipotle is that they can be skimpy on the ingredients. This is by far the weakest burrito bowl I have had. Missing drink and chips from the kids meal. When we called, the manager was very helpful and is going to refund the kids meal. One burrito was well made. One burrito bowl was OK. The manager did handle the missing chips and drink well.

I think this location in relation to where I live has a consistent quality of product. This one has better flavor/ seasoning than some locations near by. The service is good, food good, usually no wait time all depends on time of day you go. They don’t skimp out on portions on visits I have gone there. People are friendly when I have visited there. It is a good place to have a quick meal without the long wait time. Only downfall has to be the price, I would go with my daugter and the price of food has gone up quite a bit. 2 burrito bowls (1) drink and whatever topping that is extra for my daughter’s bowl, for both of our food is just under $30 which is a big hit on the wallet. So keep it down to going there to a min. I do recomend this location for visiting.

Learn to teach your employees about portions. Just depends on who you get and how their mood is. 32 Grams of protein is not 3 or 4 small pieces of meat. You can tell the manager gets bonuses from controlling the amount of food that goes out. Not coming back here again. We order 2 to 3 times a week so there goes some of your bonus. The picture listed below is how much chicken you’re supposed to get with your meal. Yes you read that right. Go back to training in case you skipped that part.

I never write negative reviews, but I think this one deserves it. My husband picked up catering at this location this past weekend. I was very disappointed because I ordered enough for 15 people (ordered extra, had 11 guests) and I received so little meat both chicken and steak! Everyone was confused on how much to take and I was so embarrassed! Yet, I received 3 huge bins of lettuce, really?! People were literally taking a couple of pieces of meat because they wanted there to be enough for everyone, how embarrassing! Does that look like enough to feed a nice size burrito bowl for 15 people? I was going to take it back, but everyone was already hungry and waiting. Ridiculous!

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this burrito was a total letdown. First off I don’t know what happened here, but this was hands down the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from Chipotle. It was wrapped decently, but that’s about the only thing they got right. As for the filling, it was mostly rice with barely any meat, and everything was unevenly distributed.
I’ve never had a burrito this small before, and every other burrito place I’ve been to does it better. Super disappointing.

Visited the Lockport Chipotle during dinner and was disappointed. The food line was understaffed while others stood around, and fresh chicken sat on the grill for over 10 minutes without being chopped or restocked. They ran out of chicken at the line, so portions were inconsistent and very light even with double meat ordered. Tortilla was undercooked, rice was hard, and steak was overcooked. My wife noticed the poor quality immediately as well. Most of this felt preventable with better management and accountability. Disappointing experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. Came in with a group of 20 and they efficiently made our bowls in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service and quality of food. Employees were friendly and made our bowls and burritos great. Amazing time, one of the best experiences in a Chipotle that I have ever experienced. Food was so fresh and tasted amazing. Had a wonderful time with our dine-in experience. Would highly recommend this Chipotle.
