I went to order food got two bowls when they prepared one of them the girl bearly added anything to my bowl it was pretty much empty I’m paying for my stuff I atleast deserve a descent service. Hire better people that know what they are doing.

Ordered online at 8:30 pm on a Monday. We pulled up to drive thru window and the girl working said it would be just a minute. She then turns her back to us and works on closing tasks ignoring our order which was completed on the counter behind her. We politely waited a few minutes for her to notice, but after about 5 min we beeped the horn to get her attention. She clearly was more focused on other things, and neither of the people on the line bothered to tell her our order was sitting there getting cold. After beeping a second time, she finally gave us the order and apologized. Only for us to get home and be missing both bags of chips, and the kids drink we ordered. After inquiring about our issue on the app we were offered 1 small chips and Queso, even though we ordered a large. And we were missing half the kids meal. How does this make any sense? I don’t recommend this location if you don’t like wasting your money.

Disgusted with this place. Sucks it’s the only place around Lockport – people still go there. Don’t ever doordash or order online – you’ll get your food with items missing or barely any. I arrived on Saturday at 9:28pm- I tried to walk in the doors were locked. I don’t understand why close half an hour early and why post your open by 10pm. I won’t even begin to talk about how filthy the place is. The workers don’t acknowledge you when you walk in and don’t clean after themselves

I stopped there on my way home from work to order dinner take out. I ordered 3 steak tacos with cheese and lettuce. There was 10 little tiny cold chunks of steak on all on the entire order. One taco only had lettuce and 2 strings of cheese. I basically paid over 10 dollars for lettuce hard shell tacos. The shells were also stale. Do not waste your money, such a rip off. Will never go back there

This is the worst chipotle in all over the U.S.A , Every time I ask them the same bowl in all the details , and every time they make me pay a different price , sometimes they charge me $9 , and sometimes they charge me $11 or $12 , but today I was shocked by the price they made me pay , it was about $17 , which is the same thing I ask every time That’s crazy !

This location is horrible. I put a complaint into corporate a few months back in hopes they would turn things around by contacting the franchisee. Boy was I mistaken. Undercooked rice, terrible service. Just a bad mark on Chipotle, which is too bad because a lot of other locations are awesome. Avoid this location.

I don’t what more I can say that hasn’t already been said but here it goes. Continuing to get our orders wrong or missing items. The most recent (and final) time going here the chips were stale and the guac was brown. Now normally I’d chalk this up to end of day mishaps but this was noon on a Friday. We won’t be returning unless they get new management/fire all current employees and I encourage anyone reading this to just get your food elsewhere because it’s a terrible experience from beginning to end.

Super rude staff! We had an online order on 7/26 at 5pm. They forget one of our bowls. I witness my sister talking to the manger and she was so rude. She clearly doesn’t care about the customers. They need better staff!!
