No meat on my chipotle be aware. I’m Latino, same as the server, I ordered today and noticed something that doesn’t sit right — they seem to treat white customers better than their own people. Today I ordered a steak bowl, and the server gave me barely half a portion. I mentioned that normally it’s more, and her response was simply, “That’s what it is, do you want double?” No — I just want a fair portion, not to be upsold. What made it worse is the customer right next to me, who happened to be white, got a full portion without question. When I pointed it out, the employees had nothing to say.
Bad service, inconsistent portions, and unfair treatment. I won’t be coming back to this Chipotle.

This location is horrible, the portion sizes are ridiculous. I have done the survey before and I get some auto response format letter from their customer service. It tells me to be patient while they address my concern. We stood in a really long line tonight for food and they barely put any rice or chicken in the bowl. Having to go somewhere else to get my teenage son more food.

Tbh shame on me for ordering here again. This is consistently the worst chipotle. Ordered extra rice, extra cheese carnitas burrito w fajita veggies. Got a half-sized burrito w chicken and no vegetables.
The food is a reminder to not order from this location. The wack customer service robot is the reminder to stop ordering from any chipotle entirely.

Stopped in for a pickup order on a very busy Wednesday night. The store was packed, and I want to give a big shout out to the employee handling the to-go orders — he was nonstop, efficient, and clearly doing his best to get everyone their food as quickly as possible. He did a great job under pressure.
Unfortunately, another staff member loudly commented that she “doesn’t get paid enough to do that” regarding a bathroom issue, within earshot of customers standing nearby. I understand being overwhelmed, but comments like that in front of guests felt unprofessional and left a bad impression about the level of care being taken.
Food was fine, but professionalism matters just as much as service.

Went in to order food for a family of 5.
Kids wanted quesadillas. Was told this is an online order only item… are you kidding me? You have everything right there to make them, but cant make it for a walk in customer? You want me to order online and watch you make it though? Absolutely unacceptable and you all need to be embarrassed to have your employees tell customers this.

I had a fantastic lunch at this Chipotle location! The staff was incredibly friendly and worked efficiently even though the line was long. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, and everything from the rice to the salsa tasted great. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. I also appreciated how quickly the line moved and how attentive the team was. This is definitely one of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve had. I’ll absolutely be coming back. Great job to everyone working here today!

This has to be the worst chipotle in the area . They skimp on portions so much . Especially if they do an online order . Avoid this location! Way too pricey for the amount of food they give you! Worst part is if you complain they either push you away with attitude or tell you to file a ticket online ! Never coming here again .

Was not clean. The brown rice and chicken were nearly empty and crusty. Lettuce was wilted and whole counter was dirty. The line employees left right after we got our food. Guess they were in a hurry.
