This was a terrible catering experience. I placed a $350 order a week in advance through their website. The day before pickup, I called to confirm the order. After navigating a maze of automated prompts, I was placed on hold for over an hour. I was repeatedly transferred between representatives until someone finally told me they had no way of contacting the local store and suggested I go in person to speak to a manager, with no guarantee the manager would be available.
The catering order was 20 minutes late for pickup. The food was cold and did not taste fresh. It appeared to have been prepped the night before and stored in the fridge. I ordered enough food for 20 people, but only 15 attended, and we still ran out. If the full group had shown up, we would have been severely short. Negative stars for catering customer service.

One of the girls that worked there wasnt to nice gave me attitude. I asked for a simple 2 side orders cause it said online lr at store I can order it. The girl told me, no you cant do that. Yes I can. Told me all my orders had to be online, when I was walking inside. I had to repeatedly repeat my order to her 5 times,still gave me attitude. So I ordered a simple no meat, just rice and salsa red and corn and cheese taco. And two small cups of salsa and corn and free quest with my coupon. But I asked if I can put it in a larger cup of salsa and corn and girl told me no. Then rolled her eyes at me. The cashier was more nicer then the girl on the line doing food orders. That was professional at all. I might come back or I might not cause of the service I just had today at 3:40pm.

I have been ordering Chipotle’s steak burrito since I was a child. Delicious! (If you follow the recipe…) As of Feb 26th, 2026, this was not the case. I had ordered a steak burrito for pickup, long day doing homework for my graduate program. I thought, “I need a reward for all the work I have been doing!” So I ordered Chipotle… Apparently, not my best moment.The burrito weighed roughly 1/2 lb, sounds good right?!? Nope! It seems the burrito contained only about six 1/2-inch slivers of steak which constituted at most 1 oz of meat, leaving it dominated by rice, sour cream, and vegetables. When I finally reached the meat, it was overcooked, chewy, rough, and genuinely distasteful. This food was horrible! I brought it home, and as soon as i had my burrito, i tasted the foulness that they call”Steak”. I’m not sure if they even bothered to unthaw it (knowing it’s frozen). Then, i tried some of the chicken, i almost threw up because of the nasty, raw flavor. Are they serving us cold, uncooked human meat? Or chicken and steak? food is alright, workers aren’t the nicest …went in to get food after work, as i was moving down the line & was choosing what i wanted the worker started loudly discussing with the coworker next to them about how „i got too much” in my burrito, right in front of me? even walked away & started asking around for someone else to finish up w me because they „couldn’t do it”, felt incredibly judgy & made fun of? in a way? when i was checked out by the coworker they had discussed my order with i was made to feel stupid? i understand complaining about an annoying order, i guess, but not in front of the person ordering …? at least wait for the person to walk away/leave to complain? i work in customer service currently, i’ve worked food service in the past, i understand how frustrating it can be & how annoying some things can be, i truly do, but all i can say is that was incredibly uncalled for …definitely felt like it had been done on purpose for me to hear, especially when the worker walked away & started asking others to assist me instead …just weird & uncomfortable.

Went in to get a steak bowl and after getting to the register the cashier, Destiny, tried to charge me for another customers order. After pointing out that it was incorrect, she charged me for Carne Asada as opposed to the regular steak.
After paying, I double checked the receipt, I pointed out the order was incorrect to which Destiny replied “Damn, Chill. I’ll refund you, damn.”
This location has consistent quality issues. I have received incorrect food in the past and had items missing from my order.
I won’t bother going to this location ever again. Also, whatever manager sees this, don’t bother asking me to contact your customer support, I’ve already contacted them and received absolutely no support.

Seems like every chipotle employee has smoke with me. They don’t like to speak, and at the end of the experience they just walk off with out saying bye or have a nice day. This has happened to me so often I’ll probably never go back again. I’ve made the decision to never go to the chipotle on Cermak and Cicero a year ago for the same reason. I’m disappointed the lack of customer service seems to be a company wide problem.

It was 5:30pm and I tried to order a bowl and they ran out of fajitas and they told me that they are not making any more, I asked what time they close and said till 10pm, so I asked to substitute it with sofrito, and they said they can’t, and I told them well you guys don’t to make no more. So no the manager decided to make more and told me that they would have to put my food to the side and let it get cold while I wait for the fajitas that takes 15 minutes to be made, so I just walked away, crappy service total disappointment
