Don’t come here. I come here almost everyday and the employees love to power trip over rice even though it comes in the bowl that i’m already paying $12 dollars for. All of a sudden i’m getting charged for a cup basically. I hope you save your CEO so much money! You’re going to get a raise for this! Is this how Chipotle treats its loyalty members? Nothing but children running this place.

This location urgently needs security. During my visit alone, I saw at least 8 to 12 shady individuals walking through, and some clearly appeared to be under the influence of drugs. It creates an environment that is not the best experience for customers or staff.

A major issue is the pickup order area. It is not far from the employees, but it cannot be seen by them, which makes certain people more comfortable stealing. Around 5:20 PM, I witnessed someone walk in, grab the only order that was on the shelf, and quickly slip out through the back door. It happened so fast that the employees didn’t even notice.

If the pickup shelf were placed directly in front of the employees instead of off to the side, theft would be reduced significantly.

If I were the manager, I would immediately:
• Hire security, at least during busier hours
• Add stronger restrictions for bathroom use
• Move the pickup shelf to a fully visible location

This is a very beautiful location, and it’s unfortunate to see these issues happening here. I truly hope my review helps improve the place.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this location on November 9th. Despite coming here multiple times in the last 3 months – once in September, once in October, and now in November – the quality of both the food and service has remained consistently poor.

While the food during my visit in September was acceptable, the atmosphere was not, and I assumed it was due to the location being close to closing time. However, my most recent visit proved that this is the culture of this establishment – one of poor service, unclean environment, and a lackadaisical attitude.

I regretted my decision to come here as soon as I placed my order. Other customers who were waiting in line before me had missing items in their bags, and some of the food items were not being replaced. The staff was not cohesive and did not take pride in their food or service, which was evident throughout my visit.

It is unacceptable to charge such high prices for food and then disregard the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. As a customer, I felt disrespected and undervalued.

To make matters worse, my order was incorrect – I ordered a chicken taco which was missing chips and guacamole. I will not be returning to this location unless there is a significant improvement in the quality of food and service.

Ordered for pickup and staff was rude. Employees on personal phones and when asking for pickup order I felt like I was inconveniencing the girl I asked. If u hate your job then find a new one or suck it up. They skimped on the ingredients as well. Asked for extra corn and there’s nothing. Asked for sofritas and barely any. DO YOUR JOB!!!

The atmosphere reminds me of lunch when I was in college. For it being about 4 o’clock there was a nice crowd. Not too full, not too little people.
The way the food is served reminds me of my mom. I need to spend more time with her. I had a beef bowl with rice, beans, sour cream, avocado, little hot sauce and a soft drink. Conveniently this place is across the street from Walgreens where I pick up my Rx.

The girl who made our order seemed annoyed and told the cashier she wanted to kill Gerald in front of my 13 year old daughter! The cashier was not polite as well! All we did was come in and order food to go! Even if they had a rough day, should not have to hear that from the employee! Very disturbing to my 13 year daughter, she came right home and told her older sister about it!

Ordered veggie bowl and I got rice, beans with tomato onion salad,Cream,Sweet corn, avacodo paste and little cheese with lots of lettuce

This is the first time for me trying mexican restuarant and the experience towards food is really really tasty and good

They had tacos and many drinks option tooo to buy it

Coming to the sitting space it can accommodate more than 60 people and the table are not that neat here may be the service can be improved

A company valued at $60 billion needs to figure out a more efficient way to process online orders and set correct expectations for customers. Also might help training the staff to be proactive in asking if anyone is waiting for an online order and what the name is so that they can process it quicker. I don’t usually leave negative feedback from a single experience, but I’ve experienced it so many times at this location and tonight was even worse because the burrito they handed me was the size of a baseball. The young woman working
in the back processing all the online orders didn’t say a single thing just handed me my bag, which was covered in guacamole, and when I got to my car, I picked up my daughter‘s burrito and couldn’t believe that it was the size that this woman deemed acceptabl. I went back into the store and asked the gentleman on the customer facing line if he would remake it and he did so flawlessly. Literally such an insane experience.

This Chipotle promised my kids’ school a fundraiser of 25% kickbacks for dining there on a Wed in Feb. We filled the place with families from our school, brought the flier and code exactly as instructed, and then they refused to honor it, even after multiple follow-ups. Shame on Chipotle!

Everything about this place is nasty… Employees are super rude they give you dirty looks especially the girl with black hair and had a bun, on 2/11/2026 afternoon. Someone needs to fire her. The tables were so dirty, there wasn’t a single clean table. And no salsa at all.. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
