Don’t go to this Chipotle. After a long day of work, I was craving Chipotle and really looking forward to it, but ended up completely disappointed. The lady who helped me had an attitude—she kept interrupting, rushed my order, and even asked the same question after I already answered. When I got home, the food was awful. The chicken tasted undercooked and even had a bone in it, the ingredients were old and watery, and the beans were hard. Definitely not worth it—wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Just witnessed while standing in line and employee serving customers spitting little pieces of rice from her mouth that she probably previously ate for lunch. That is absolutely disgusting. I watched her do it twice. She spit food over the food she was serving customers. Time is 3:14 date Oct 23rd and she was a short African American lady. So disgusting that’s going on over the food and over the food she is serving customers. I just can’t believe someone would ever do that. Absolutely horrified she would do that. I talked with the manager and hopefully he will pull up the cameras. I really just can’t believe that I witnessed that. Who spits pieces of food stuck in their teeth over food? So gross.

I know it’s chipotle, but when I get a bag of chips, I I expect there will be some chips in the bag. Paid like 16 bucks for this and a burrito and got less than 16 chips.

Every time you go to Chipotle, it’s a gamble on whether you’re going to get what you paid for. This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I got maybe 1 ounce? Of meat in my burrito bowl but a crap ton of beans to pad it out. The lady, when she scooped it, gave me maybe 1/4? of a scoop. I contacted support but they will not refund (no reason given) so I’m initiating a credit card chargeback. Pictured is the meat after I literally pulled out the entire “potion” that I paid for. Remember – beans and rice are cheap. Is this meat worth $10 to you?
To Scott – I HAVE reached out. Instead of getting a refund, I was given a BOGO offer. Why in the world would I want to give you guys more money if nobody in good faith can “make it right”? I have also been hung up on by support multiple times.

I’ve never really had problems with this chipotle, but the hours online say 10pm, I pulled up at 8:30pm and all the chairs were up and they were mopping and doing closing activities. Kind of frustrating to divert my course home from work to go here
