This was the most poorly run Chipotle I’ve been to. Workers didn’t seem to care, and the food was unpleasant – pork was spicy, and we know from all of the other Chipotle’s we have been to that it shouldn’t be. They were also out of chips when we went at dinner time. We won’t be back to this location.

I have never left a negative review like this before, but I felt this service was terrible enough that it’d warranted. I placed an online order for 5:50 and showed up to the restaurant around 5:55 because I know sometimes they’re running a little behind. My order wasn’t on the shelf so I stood close by the shelf as I waited for my order. I proceeded to stand around and wait for 10 minutes without the staff so much as acknowledging me; mind you the restaurant was mostly empty (no online orders on the shelves, only 1 or 2 people in line the entire time I was there). After standing there for 10 minutes I finally went up to the person working the counter only for him to act rather rudely to me as if I had wronged him somehow. Then after finally receiving my order I made it all the way home before I realized they didn’t include one of my menu items and the queso they gave me was barely even halfway filled. I always give service people the benefit of the doubt. I get it if it had been a long day/week. If they had at the very least just apologized for the wait, I would’ve moved on with my day. However, this service was so remarkably bad I felt a review was necessary.

Insane how you can Walk in thinking you’ll be spending $10-$15 on lunch & you get rung up & it’s $24 for a burrito bowl & drink.. what a rip off.. The food was good but the price isn’t where it should be! I will NOT be going back to Chipotle anytime soon. Besides why do the restrooms have to be unisex

The food was ok. The place was a mess. Food left on the tables near the drink area and checkout counter. The service was ok but they need to keep up with cleaning the eating area. I would have like to stay and relax a bit however ate in my car.
