I visited the Chipotle location on Friday around 2:30 p.m. after work because I was craving a vegetarian bowl. Even though the restaurant was busy, I waited in line and placed my order, showing the staff my phone to redeem my free guacamole reward.
When I checked out, the cashier—who seemed confused—gave me a total of $18.61. I thought the amount sounded high, but I went ahead and paid in cash. The next day, the total still didn’t sit right with me, so I looked for my receipt and discovered that I had been charged for a Carne Asada bowl ($12.50), chips ($1.90), and guacamole ($2.75), none of which matched what I actually ordered.
I tried calling the restaurant directly but got no answer. I then attempted to submit a complaint through the website, but the form wouldn’t go through due to technical issues. I contacted customer care, and the representative informed me that the restaurant itself would not be able to help due to policy. She said she would request a refund pending approval from their internal office.
Later, I received an email stating that my refund request was denied because the charges were considered “correct,” even though they clearly were not.
While I wish I had questioned the high total at the register or asked for my receipt immediately, the lack of support and accountability from both the location and customer service is extremely disappointing.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to any Chipotle restaurant, as being overcharged and then dismissed when seeking help is unacceptable.

The 12/17/2025 crew around 8pm was excellent. Prompt and welcoming service. I was happy to spend $40 on two bowls. If management cares about good reviews they will give that crew a raise, it was a very rare great experience at a chipotle. Thanks for the good dinner

This is what my son’s chicken burrito bowl looked like when we got it home. It had the smallest amount of everything and some steak pieces which he cant eat. And, honestly, it looks like they dropped it and just scrapped it back in. We wound up throwing it out. This is despicable, Chipotle. Do better.

This is the best chipotle I’ve had in probably 10+ years. I’ve been chasing that classic chipotle taste and every single chipotle I go to falls short but this was the best bowl I’ve had from a chipotle probably since I worked at Chipotle. Chicken was perfect, rice wasn’t hard, cilantro was cut how it should be cut, no gristle, portions were awesome. This will be the only chipotle I’ll be going to anymore.

In 4 online order tries, they’ve never once gotten it correct. I just gave up on it and go in store now.
In store, yesterday was the second time they were playing explicit rap music quite loudly. I asked them to switch it and they switched to a different explicit rap song. I like rap, but the content was inappropriate. I was there with my young kids, and they commented on it. The employees could at least do the edited versions…

Do NOT go to this location. Last 3 times have been awful with this 3rd time being the last time. Placed a pickup order on the app for pick up. Got home to find neither of us got guacamole (which you pay extra for) and the portions were actually laughable. Can’t get ahold of anyone by phone at this location and corporates customer service is also a joke.

I supposedly got double chicken when I never did and I literally told the worker at the computer that I didn’t get double chicken and she said oh I’m so sorry then this other girl who wasn’t even at the food table came over out of no where and said that was double chicken and I’m not gonna complain because I’m not that type of person but fix your management that girl was clueless check the cameras I never got double chicken. I especially love this location because they have the Chipotlane so I can place my order on the app and drive up and grab it without having to get out of the car and go inside. Really good for busy days or days when I don’t want to pull the kids out of the car just to run in real quick.
My food is always fresh and delicious! The burrito bowls are my favorite, that’s what I always get. Sometimes I switch up the meats and toppings so I don’t get bored but I eat here pretty regularly. It’s my go-to “healthy-ish’ fast food, especially when I’m watching carbs. It’s pretty easy to customize the bowls to fit your nutritional requirements.

Do not go to this location! The food was laughable and I was lied to by the staff. Ran out of a new item ordered and was told I was given guacamole in its place, paid for it and got nothing. Our bowls were a joke! Avoid at all cost.
