I’m all for having a good time at work, but the music was so loud they can’t hear you when placing your order. An employee is playing it from his phone and they have a huge speaker. Extremely unprofessional, and the place was dirty and garbages overflowing. Be better. Give your customers a better experience. I took a video so you can hear how loud it is, but I don’t think Google is playing the sound.

This place is an abomination. I have walked out multiple times because the food looks like it’s been out for multiple hours or they’re just out of something. Tonight I walked in and the music is blaring with no attempt to turn it down when a customer walked in. I get playing music when you’re closing up, but this was at 8:40. When I walked up to order, I was told there’s no cheese. No care about the inconvenience. No apology. This place sucks and the management should be held responsible. Infuriating to walk in and it’s a toss-up of whether the experience will be decent or not. Pathetic stuff.

ive gone here several times and everytime its been pretty satisfactory. however, this time was the opposite. i got a burrito and had eaten over half of it but then i took a large bite and it felt like i had bitten into the foil on accident. i spit it out and it wasnt even foil… it was a whole leaf. i was quite confused and utterly disgusted by this. genuinely, how does this even happen?

Easily the worst chipotle I have ever visited. I ordered a single steak burrito well within normal portions. The poorly trained staff was unable to wrap the burrito with one tortilla. After adding an unnecessary tortilla, it still broke and made a mess everywhere.
It was clearly not properly made. The staff member stared at their “finest” work for a long 2 seconds, shrugged, and passed it off to the cashier.
In anticipation of having to empty the contents of the poorly constructed burrito, I asked for a bowl and extra tortilla. The cashier that was watching this entire event was confused when I asked for a bowl and extra tortilla. I thought an extra tortilla would be included, nope. I was actually charged for two extra tortillas. One in attempt to repair the staff member’s mistake and the other from my request.
Chipotle isn’t cheap these days and I procure this chain of business expecting a higher standard I’ve been accustom to expect from over 10 years of patronage.
Absolutely shocked and extremely disappointed by this visit. Other consumers should rethinking other competitors such as Qdoba or Moe’s because they still maintain a high standard and would have remade the same meal I presented today. No questions asked.
Chiptole’s time is far from its peak years ago. A complacent business that has squeezed its consumers of quantity and quality over the last few years.

I recently visited this Chipotle location with a client for a quick bite, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The food was disgusting and looked like it had been sitting out for too long. To make matters worse, the entire place was filthy. There was trash everywhere, and it was clear that the restaurant hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The atmosphere was so unwelcoming that it left both me and my client uncomfortable. I will never return to this location, and I definitely won’t be recommending it to anyone.

First off staff was rude. One of the staff was walking around with his hat cocked to the side and his pants sagging. The girl that served my wife and I had headphones in and we had to repeat ourselves numerous times to get the order completed. Then to top it all off found a clump of hair in my burrito bowl when we got home and started eat. Not only is my appetite ruined but I have wasted money.

I’ve given up on this location. It’s the closest to our house but I’m driving an extra few minutes to the next one. Totally burnt qusadilla– took it to go and had a disappointed 8-year old when I brought it home. It had to be tossed. Less sides for a kids meal than they used to (and offered at other locations). This was after being let down over and over at this location.

Had no chicken. Said it would be ready in 3 min, we waited for 10. In the meantime the bowls with everything else sat there and got cold. Tables were extremely dirty with half of a bowl spilled all over. Rude customer service. Will not be coming again.

Ok so I placed my order I ahead and I literally live like 12 minutes away and got there already like 15min later then when I placed my order and went in there my order wasn’t there they asked me what my order name was I told them and then they proceeded to just keep on going I thought they’re where making my order then they call me over again and they asked again so I told them for like 3rd time my name they then said they would I make it and I had to keep waiting and then got home grabbed my bowl I already new it was light way to light to be my bowl I got all the toppings and I opened it and literally had no toppings all I got was rice meat bean and then queso and chimichuri luckily because it would have actually been robbery at that point so it was really annoying that I wanted all that time and then I didn’t even get the bowl I ordered and then they only gave me a free drink which then expires the same day so now I have to leave my house if I want that free drink like are u kidding me this is a joke and it’s only been this chipotle last time I ordered they also where out of my meat so I had to get chicken when I payed for carne asada the price difference like I’m not one to complain but like that’s money that I payed for extra carne not chicken I will actually never order here again I would like actually recommend you order at another near by chipotle because this place just dosent do it so unless u want to deal with ur item not being done then waiting for a long time and getting the wrong item go ahead I won’t
