I ordered a chicken bowl with half brown rice and half white rice with the Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, Black Beans, Pinto Beans, there is nothing in the order it is just some white rice and 2-3 pieces of chicken and this is not the first it is happening, I don’t want to order from here anymore.

I stopped at this chipotle for the first time, and I noticed their new chimichurri sauce, I decided to try and I just grabbed 1 cup for $1, the next day I had to come back for 2 chimichurri sauce! I stopped at another chipotle and got me chimichurri sauce but nothing like the one at THIS location!! I’m a driver and when I’m in Elgin, IL I stop at this chipotle the food is very good, the rice is really good!! And their chimichurri sauce is the best one in the USA!!!

Tried to order a quesadilla in store but they refused and made a big stink about it and said we HAD to do a mobile order. It was annoying but we understood and placed a mobile order for the quesadilla. We got guacamole with the quesadilla and when we got our order the guacamole looked like it had been sitting in that container for DAYS, completely unacceptable to give out. I smelled the guacamole and it smelled sweet, which is how you know the avocado had gone rancid.

I’m really glad this location opened, but every time we place an order of 5 items for 5 fam members for pickup, at least one is messed up. Last time I got the weirdest ingredient burrito… even tho my std order is printed out right on the label on the item. Frustrating. It’s hard to find good help to see days, so it is what it is.

I ordered a double chicken bowl. Received only 4.1 oz of chicken inside my bowl. Did a quick check on how much I should receive and it says a portion on the website is 4 oz. So I should’ve received a minimum of 8 oz of chicken inside my bowl, correct? Why did I only receive barely the amount i should have gotten if I did not order double? This is not the first time this has happened at this location. They are very consistent in giving less than I pay for. The pico also smelled rotten. It’s just unfortunate this is the closest location to me. Patiently waiting for the one on Route 47 to open at this point.
