I’ve been a regular customer at your location and have always appreciated how well the food is packaged and made compared to other locations. However, I was surprised to see an issue with my recent order.
The fruit included in our kid’s meal raised some concerns. It doesn’t seem suitable for children, and I feel this is something that needs to be reviewed. The “cutie” looks like a lime and isn’t ripe to place in a kids meal.
I value the quality and care you put into your meals, and I would love to see that reflected in all aspects of the packaging. Thank you for taking the time to address this issue.

Despite the bad reviews, this Chipotle might actually be the best one I’ve been to so far. The young man at the counter deserves a promotion, a trophy, and maybe even his own TED Talk. The way he wrapped my burrito? Art. Pure art.
Usually my burritos are so fat the tortilla gives up on life and splits open or the sour cream starts oozing out like a busted pipe. Not this one. This man wrapped it like he was protecting a national treasure. Burrito-wrapping superstar, no exaggeration.
Everything was clean, the vibes were good, and the food temperature was perfect. I had a bowl and a burrito… and honestly, I almost went in for round three.
I would’ve asked for his name to put it in this review, but I didn’t want to be weird and make it awkward.
Still—whoever he is, keep him.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. The food tastes bad and always seems old. Nothing is ever done right. I ordered online and paid the extra $3 for guac, and when I picked up my order — surprise — no guac. If you’re going to charge extra, at least make sure it’s actually in the bag.
Order accuracy here is consistently terrible, and it really feels like no one is paying attention. This place seriously needs employees who know what they’re doing. It’s honestly an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. I won’t be coming back.

Food was tasty but beyond that it was a terrible experience!!!! I agree with others that this place is very poorly managed! I ordered a steak bowl and clearly what was in the chafing dish was old and leftover. The young man with glasses and moustache on the line said it would be 15-20 mins for steak. I was like what? It was 5:30pm, the height of the dinner rush and it’s going to be 15-20 mins for fresh steak? When I got to the register the ‘manager’ said it only takes 2-3 mins for the steak. Clearly training is needed. I went back to get my bowl I mentioned to the young man that the mgr said it would only take a couple minutes. His response, ‘I’m not a cook, I wouldn’t know.’ I just looked at him and said, ‘you work in the service industry, you should figure out how to give decent service’. After that he wouldn’t look at me and basically dismissed me… unacceptable Chipotle!!! I’ll be going to the Schaumburg location from now on even though this location is literally 1 min from my house!!!

We went to chipotle for late night dinner at 9:00 pm. My husband waited with no other customers in the building for 5 mins. While staff is busy talking laughing and not greeting while he was waiting to place our order. There needs to better management and training for the night crew. It seems as if all these teenagers were just horsing around instead of working. Many of the employees made eye contact with my husband and still didn’t greet or wait on him super unprofessional. He got upset and we took our business elsewhere at the Dos Bros in Bartlett highly recommend.

Every time I go to this Chipotle it sucks. The people there look like they hate their lives. Very rushy even when it’s not busy. The rice I got was hard and crunchy. I’ve gotten sick from the chicken here. I just stoped going. I prefer the other Chipotle in Schaumburg.

The owner of this Chipotle clearly does not care about the quality of the food or service – plenty of poor reviews and things still aren’t changing.
The meats all looked like they were sitting out for 48 hours, so I asked if there was anything fresh or about to come out, and instead they went around the corner and scooped something random into the bowl and told me it was carne asada (it looked like rat meat it was vile).
The woman scooping my food barely spoke English, absurd this place continues to operate

The manager or shift lead pushed away the employee in front of me and started to slam the chicken and steak into my bowl , then continued with the guacamole and sour cream . This isn’t how a manager should act. She was visibly annoyed and should’ve just clocked out.

The drive thru so very convenient. Helps keep the line down inside. Good portions and food is made at the same consistency in taste as other locations. Good location. Easy to get too

This is what 13 dollars get you. They had no meat ready. No rice. No vegetables. Who’s ever in charge of keeping things stock is doing a bad job. I shouldn’t have been charged for the queso (which that was almost out) considering there wasn’t anything available to put on my bowl I wanted. At the end of the day I spent 30 bucks for a terrible experience, for items that weren’t going to be promptly replaced. If I wanted to wait over 20 minutes for what I wanted I would of just gone to an actual restaurant.
