I ordered three bowls, and every single one had bugs in the lettuce. All three meals had to be thrown away.When I contacted corporate, the only resolution offered was two replacement entrées — not even covering all three that I had to toss out. I am extremely disappointed in both the quality of the food and the way this situation was handled. This was unacceptable, and I expected a response that fully acknowledged and corrected the issue. This store in particular seems to be poorly managed.

We arrived at 5:45 and were the only ones there. We got our food and couldn’t find a clean table in the restaurant. They also had a sign that said they were out of napkins. We brushed off a table with one of our bags. The brown rice was undercooked. I asked after why they aren’t cleaning the tables off as the were standing around with nothing to do. They told me I could have asked them to wipe a table off. Nasty environment. Two different songs being played loudly in the dining area and then kitchen. They didn’t want anyone eating inside no doubt.

I would rate this location only one star. Got here on Jan 15th at 6:42pm to order for 2 entres, staff had enough white rice for one bowl and was told by the staff member white rice won’t be available for the remainder of the night. Which is crazy since it was still WELL BEFORE CLOSING.
Ended up not buying any entrees since the young staff didn’t want to make any more white rice and didnt even check the togo line for white rice upon our request.
The young staff should be seriously trained along with having proper supervision to ensure production is moving properly. And your not missing out on costumers. This is the second time I leave this location un happy, won’t be returning to this location.

Love being lied to about the price of a drink. Mexican coke is more expensive than a fountain drink. Dont lie and say they are the same price. I can literally look.

The store was clean. Not busy at all. I walked in to place my order. I was literally the only person. I was not greeted AT ALL. I placed my order. So the ordering process was fast . No issues there. Today was the start of my vegan journey , because where is my meat? Literally , no meat . I’m sitting here eating rice and beans Ordered a chip & queso and I got a bag of mostly air not chips. Customer service was subpar , so was my food.

So my review i left when they first opened up. Got removed, dont know why maybe because. They didnt like my review. The staff is rude as hell. The young Hispanic lady is rude as hell. I was on lunch trying to grab a burrito. They didnt put enough meat. So I asked for extra and got an attitude. Besides having to wait for 20 min. When I went to pay the other staff was sitting around in back not doing anything laughing at all the customers get denied.why did they get denied is because they weren’t accepting cash. Same with me after my food was made and went to go pay. The young lady said they weren’t accepting cash. That should have been told to everyone when we first walked in. But no, my time got wasted and food got wasted all for nothing. Please before anyone orders from here. Read the reviews. The reviews ain’t lieing about this location.

Hi, I wanted to share my experience at the Fountain Square Chipotle today. The employee who took our order had an attitude from the start, and both of our quesadillas were burnt. I was also charged $16 for two kids’ meals, and at the very least, I expected the food to be prepared correctly.
When I went back to ask for a refund, the same employee continued with the same attitude, as if we were at fault. If she’s unhappy with her job, that’s not something customers should have to deal with. We were polite, and there was no reason for the rudeness.
I just wanted to bring this to your attention because the service and food quality were very disappointing.

This Chipotle will POISON YOU and think nothing of it, say “it is a matter of opinion” when I argued that cleaning liquids were at the same level as the food while three males slosh-mopped at the same time one female served the food, and the senior female shift leader said NOTHING to correct 1) the three males cleaning began to argue with the customer. Myself and others walked out. OUR LIVES ARE WORTH MORE THAN A CHEMICALIZED BURRITO.

It’s crazy that this place has low reviews… I LOVE this place! Sometimes the food station gets a bit messy but that’s because they get so busy. I’ve never had to call and complain. Food is always good and the people are pretty nice too so yeah FIVE STARS!
