I put an order in on the app. It was set to be picked up at 6:00 with a burrito, chips, and a Mexican Coke. My order was ready at 6:30, they forgot to add sour cream to my burrito and forgot my Coke. I asked for a Coke, and they refused to give it to me because I “stole” from them. The food was okay.

When you walk into a Chipotle with your children you shouldnt have to hear vulgar music being blasted from the kitchen all the way at the front door. Well that’s what transpired at Chipotle on NW Hwy in PR. About 3 other families were visibly upset so I asked two different employees to get the manger. Was given an eye roll and told they didnt know where she was at currently. I explained the family environment to these young adults and they had literary seem to lack any morals. Last time I spend my money at this Chipotle. Worth the drive into Rosemont or Chicago to avoid this garbage.

Food is excellent. But, eight teens + working there who are super loud, laughing, goofing off, while not being attentive to trash cans, dirty tables, garbage on ground. Third time it’s been this way. Immature staff is distracting to my dining experience.

Order on the app and I picked up after I had an issue with the first order I had here. This time they basically gave me half a bowl slopped together with no rice and beef jerky style pork…. unedible at how dry it was

The staff is rude! The dining area is messy and tables are not clean. I asked the associate to clean the table for me to dine in he took 5 minutes to come and clean, all the time time he was just avoiding to come clean. The staff needs to educate on customer service or new management should take in charge. Oh and the school students In the place are crazy loud. I highly don’t recommend to go here.

Very dirty and they have no idea how to handle business. They will ignore customers in the store to handle carry out orders. I was waiting for over five minutes and just left after not being helped.

Unfortunately, this Chipotle location is by far, my least favorite. The line is almost always out the door, the pick up orders are never ready on time (or even close to on time, causing more people to line up by the counter), the dining/eating area is dirty (cups laying around, floor unclean), the utensil/lid area is always unorganized and lacking in several items, and behind the counter where they prepare the food seems disorganized and at times dirty as well. Considering how much business they do and the prime location, management would want to make some big changes. I live very close by but will be taking the extra few minutes to drive to the cleaner location in Village Crossing (that never gets my order wrong and has things ready on time) until this location improves.

This place is really really bad I had order two times in person which I am very disappointed I have ordered two times because the first one I give the benefit of the doubt that might be busy or something, don’t understand how the manager of that place is still working there the stuff don’t care what they doing they’re always stuff and they’re very slow. The Restaurant is most of the time dirty. The employers are eaten on the line we just have mayor Health Department violation. They don’t give you the right amount of protein, chicken, steak, carnitas. Etc… do yourself a favor and don’t come here go somewhere else or by yourself something different like a sandwich, horror place horrible horrible place.
