This has to be one of my best Chipotle experiences of my life! They loaded up my burrito to the point where my first shell broke so they double wrapped it on the house for me and I appreciate all the gentleman that worked there. The customer service was amazing and they were funny. Next time I’m in Chicago I will be coming again.

Terrible!! Went there and was given full rice and a quarter of meat. It was ridiculous! Why are you not matching the meat to the rice ratio? It was terrible and inconsistent. I pointed out that my first bowl had more meat than my second one and was told I had to pay extra. Never again will I be going to this or any Chipotle. For a bill that almost hit $40 I expect better.

I was visiting from out of town, and this was one of the dirtiest Chipotle locations I’ve encountered. Most of the tables and dining areas were left unclean. While I understand for some employees this may be their first job, the level of training appears inadequate. Portion sizes between our two bowls and one burrito were noticeably inconsistent. Even though there was no line, the employee rushed through our order, which made the experience feel careless. Overall, I regret choosing to stop at this location.

It’s crazy prices went up and they don’t match the portion, even to when it was cheaper. Was standing in line and paramedics were complaining asking for more meat since they only gave what seemed like half a spoon. Messed up gave my daughter her food and there was only 8 pieces of steak they should also change their attitude looking at everyone like they are crazy, when they only give a small portion. Chipotle better fix portion size or fix the staff. This place used to be good years ago now just disappointing. Oh and order guac and they didn’t put any seems like they only want money

Love the food and staff is always friendly but the place was disgusting. Food all over the floors and every open table was dirty with food and /or trash. I had to wipe off my own table. I was there for over 20 minutes and not one employee came out to clean tables, sweep, the floor, or empty the overfilling trash.

They are so stingy with their portions at this location . They shake the chicken out the scoop. I been here a few times and they watch their employees like hawks . It’s an awkward place to get lunch on break because everyone is starving and you don’t want to come off as rude to the employee. the portion is not even enough for a child, they need to stop being so stingy it’s a food place.

Ordered a bowl with double rice, double beans, and half chicken half steak. Ended up getting a bowl so small I could see the bottom of it before starting. Might be worth the extra drive to go to another Chipotle if you’re looking for an actual meal, I’ve never been short changed like this before.
