Came here for dinner after night out with friends. There was no line and we were able to order our food quite fast. Staff was very patient and understanding with us as my friends ordered extra of many toppings. Food was normally priced and delicious. Would highly recommend. Atmosphere inside was nice with lots of seating.

You simply cannot go wrong with Chipotle. The ingredients are so real and any combination is valid so it will always taste good. The service is quick because it all depends on how fast you can say your order. The atmosphere is cool and clear but not over the top. You can get Chipotle any time of the week and be satisfied!

Great experience. My son is severly allergic to dairy and eggs, and this place is fantastic respective people’s allergies. When I said my son is allergic, the staff washed their hands, changed gloves, put the toppings from the new batch so thereis no dairy cross contamination. Fantastic place!!! Management and team is great. Highly recommend this place for their service and fresh food.

I haven’t been to a chipotle for a while, so I thought I give it another try! It wasn’t as good as I remembered it! I ordered a bowl with white rice, beef and all the toppings! I thought we had more choices before! My husband had the burrito with white rice, chicken all the toppings! My bowl was ok, not the best tasting one I’ve eaten! Needed more sauce! The staff were not too helpful or friendly either!

Been eating here for years, I’ve heard ‘slop bowl’ places like this, Cava, Bi Bi Bop and others are struggling lately, so I stopped in for linner (not a typo L unch + d INNER) today. It was not crowded, food was very good and everyone was very helpful, especially Adrianne. Thanks guys.

I’ve been to this chipotle a few times now and it’s always been dirty and the staff indifferent. Today I had a pickup order and was severely disappointed. My quesadilla was dry on the inside and burnt on the outside. I had asked for forks and napkins when I placed the order but got neither. Definitely avoiding this location in the future.

10/31/24 I came into this chipotle because the mundelein one messed up my order and right away the store is soo much cleaner, they all were welcoming, very nice and understanding about what happened. They gave us full size portions and all the food looked so much better. There were 3 workers and they all had a smile and very nice interaction without any issues. Just overall a better atmosphere, and better employees. 10/10
