The manager here runs an incredible team and it shows in every detail — from the fresh ingredients to the way the line moves efficiently even during rush hour. The burritos are perfectly wrapped (no falling apart halfway through!), generously filled, and always made exactly how you ask.

Location – worst location I ever seen. Place is super dirty, it looks like nobody cleans at all. This can actually make someone sick.
The sad thing is that there are enough employees to maintain area clean, but instead employees on the phone and just standing looking at each other
and playing around.
It’s really sad how’s the owner/corporation it’s paying the to do nothing. Literally location can be closed due dirtiness.
Opinion – There was one girl which it looks that she tries to clean. I will totally let one employee go and pay her more and maintain area clean.

DO NOT give them any of your money. Customer service was horrible after we kindly asked them to give us the portion we are paying for. Unfortunately it broke out to an ugly argument and the WHOLE staff came out my husband and I (with my child watching). Food portions are poor with cold food.the staff needs better training on how to handle food and talk to their customers. Very defensive. Field Rep was NOT any better (no return call back). Health department needs to investigate this location and near by ones too! I officially will NOT ever eat at Chipotle. I rather starve!

We had an order of 7 bowls adding extra protein but the bowls were half empty. And the employees had the audacity to write “please cater next time!!” (Exclamation Mark).When went to the chipotle store to ask about it, the employee is asking “What do you want me to do”. The employee was extremely rude and didn’t know the basics of customer service! He also had the attitude to say “These are a lot of bowls to make”. He is freaking getting paid to do his job and I am using my hard earned money to freaking pay for it, not his!! By the looks of the other reviews, its a data trend of disastrous service! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Thank me later.

Every time I order on the app and use the mobile pick up line for this location it’s just a headache. There’s either something messed up with my order or something is missing. If the dressing isn’t missing for my salad, they put a wrong ingredient in it. If the salad is properly made, the dressing is missing. Like cmon. Do better chipotle. Sincerely, Tired of not getting my vinaigrette when I order a damn salad bowl.

The worst Chipotle location. I was waiting 5 mins in the line because 4 employees made eye contacts with me but completely ignored me for the entire time. Even Service Manager looked at me and walked away and do not bother telling his team anything. The service manager was showing his phone to crew members in the line as I am still waiting for someone to take my orders. All of them were constantly laughing and not pay attentioning on multiple online orders they were making. The SM never washed his hands or changed the glove after showing his phone to everyone.
Team members were kept on laughing and busy talking each other when I was patiently waiting and waiting.
Chicken and green pepper cut size were very big. Chicken was extremely salty, pepper tasted like raw, corn salsa was salty, pico de Gallo was salty, and chips were salty. The only thing tasted okay was Queso which is not even they cooked but heating the pre-made bag.
I paid $35 for burrito, bowl, and large chips and queso. I needed up throwing away bowl due to its bad tasting. I felt ingredients were not balanced and mixed together but just very salty.
I do not recommend this location and not sure if I would ever come back to Chipotle.

Walked in and got my food fast !! the guys that made my food made it with love fast and efficient!! Don’t know why this location is getting bad reviews maybe cuz most ppl around here i. the area is bougee and have high expectations. From the manager to the cook everyone did 5 star service so good that I gave a $7 tip ! Best chipotle hands down !!

Not as good as it used to be. Steak is tough and overcooked. The cashier had a rude attitude, very robotic. I told her no thank you for chips or a drink but she asked my husband twice anyway! Not work $27 for 2 entrees

First, the place was not too clean. There were people trying to clean behind the counter and sweep the floors, but it needed more than just that. The music was also way too loud to be enjoyable. Then the portions of each topping were off in my tacos (way too much sour cream that it overpowered the whole thing). While we were eating there and there were no customers in line, one of the employees was on her phone right at the counter for everyone to see. Luckily she put on gloves when a customer came, but beyond that she just complained that “it was only 6pm”. She seemed too busy on her phone to complete orders from her coworker. Unfortunately, he coworker was no better. As we were leaving I saw him on his phone, leaning over the food, with gloves on. Did he change gloves once a customer came in? Nope! He used the same dirty gloves that he was touching his phone with to touch the food. This is a health hazard and the management and owner need to do better. I will not be returning to this location and will gladly travel a bit further to a different Chipotle.

I usually eat at Chipotle two to three times a week, but this was by far the worst location I’ve ever visited. The food was completely bland, and the restaurant itself was filthy — every table was dirty, and there were napkins and trash all over the floor. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Absolutely unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend that the Lake County health inspector pay this location a visit.
