I did an online order and they forgot my chips and queso. I then opened my bowl and the guac looked disgusting. I went in and told the worker all of this and he said it’s because the guac “oxidized”. I didn’t need a science lesson, I needed new guac. He continued to remake the bowl and give me the missing items. He told me that all of the guac looked like this. He was also very rude. I ended the interaction with “I’m so sorry about this, thank you” and he said nothing. Chipotle is supposed to be fresh and this was not. The picture below is new guac I made compared to theirs. The chips they gave me were stale as well.

When we order on app the guacamole is almost always terrible. Look at it before you leave. We rarely go to this location because of our bad experiences with this and I have shared feedback with the manager twice in the past and I am posting a picture. It is frustrating to get home with $85 of chipotle and all the guac looks like this. We will continue to avoid using this location even though we live here. It’s too bad

Hands down, the worst Chipotle in America. I’m not even sure if there are Chipotles outside of the US, but that’s a mystery for someone else to solve.
The food is always slipped together most likely because it’s mostly teenagers working their first job, which is great for them and the community, but not for my stomach. I don’t know why I’m even bothering to post this but let’s consider it my goodbye to the Libertyville location. Do yourself a favor and go to the 24 hour taco place next door or better yet, the dumpling joint which is the crown jewel of Liberyville

Taste- not at all up to the mark, the food had many small vertical wooden pieces/ strands which got stuck when chewing.
The packaging is horrible as shown, the rice got stuck on the base which is very sticky and irritating especially to eat while traveling.

I love Chipotle, but I just won’t be going to this location anymore. They can never seem to get an online order right. I’ve tried to be understanding because mistakes happen, but this is the third time I’ve given them a chance, and they continue to mess things up.
The first time, my bag had my name on it, but the bowl inside had someone else’s name and wasn’t even close to what I ordered. This time, they forgot my guac and added green salsa I didn’t ask for.
I know it’s just food and not the end of the world, but it’s frustrating that this location consistently can’t get orders correct.

I recently visited the Chipotle in Libertyville and, oh, what an “interesting” experience it was. The “ manager”(short girl) on duty certainly made an impression by addressing a customer in a truly remarkable manner. Apparently, it’s perfectly acceptable for the manager to call someone “broke” for using a water cup for a fountain drink. It was truly astonishing to witness such a level of hospitality and professionalism. It left not only the customer but also myself in complete disbelief. And, if you take a look at the reviews on Google, you’ll find that I’m not alone—there are more not-so-pleasant comments about the same manager. Hopefully, the management will consider refining their customer service approach for a more pleasant experience in the future.

Classic chipotle skimping. They trained the new girl to give a mountain of rice. I had to actually ask for less rice. Then when it came to beans I had to ask for more beans 3 times… Each time she put a teaspoon worth of beans. I had to look away for the protein scoop so I wouldn’t cry.
She had to have been a corporate plant the way she was watching out for their bottom line. Load up on rice and give none of the worth while filling in the bowl.

Reliable!!!! And beef was actually great! Better than usually particularly better than four-five months ago when I was there last time. Burrito bowl was fuller than the plate could hold 🙂
