I’ve been to around 20 different locations of Chipotle in over 15 states and this is the worst chipotle I’ve seen in my life. There is stuff everywhere I thought the place had a good fight and got robbed or something when I walked in. I ordered a chicken burrito with NO chicken just rice and beans. As well as chips and queso and nothing. I was expecting the usual clean environment this is definitely not it.

Do not order online from Chipotle at Deerfield! They had a sign that they were taking online orders only and I ended up ordering from my phone. For starters, the restaurant is filthy, dirty! They totally messed up my order and the orders of two of my coworker’s (3 wrong orders total!). We had to go back (mind you we were on a 45 min. lunch break) We were given a phone number to call which was so inconvenient! It was actually not hard to get a refund, however, having to do this last step, was even more frustrating, especially because we were hungry! It was plain disappointing! Lastly, while we were waiting to get the number when another customer walked in, she also had a wrong order. I am so surprised that this is happening especially at this location! My friends and I will not go back!

I ordered a $500 catered delivery from the Deerfield, IL location and AGAIN was disappointed. This time they forgot the chips. I called the catering #, they couldn’t get anyone to deliver the chips, so I had 30+ people waiting for chips. I had to drive to the restaurant and pick up the chips myself. The manager told me the chips were left out of the order. I called the catering # again, couldn’t talk to anyone so I left a message asking them to refund the delivery charge. Never heard back from anyone. Chipotle Catering should have a # that has people waiting to assist for these orders! It’s so frustrating to place this big of an order and having no one to talk to to resolve the issue. I will NEVER again order Chipotle Catering. With previous catering orders, they have forgotten the utensils, forgotten the tortillas, and made the delivery guy wait 30 minutes for the order. So unprofessional and inexcusable. One of the delivery guys told us that the Deerfield Chipotle was so bad, that we should order from the Northbrook, IL Chipotle. Chipotle Catering does not allow that. Our designated Chipotle is Deerfield, even thought we are about the same distance from both restaurants. There are plenty of restaurants that will do what it takes to make their repeat customers happy. Deerfield, IL Chipotle is not one of them.

I would give this place ZERO STARS if l could. I got takeout from this place for my sons and l. We ordered online for mobile order pickup. First of all one of my sons ordered soft tortillas and they gave us hard ones and we ordered cheese and they gave us no cheese. We have had bad experiences in the past years. NEVER coming again.

Came here for Veggi Burrito. They are out of Guacamole. This part they are only saying in the middle of the order and we can’t go back. At the billing again they are charging full price even though they know the situation. If you take meat and ask the same guacamole as a side you will be charged $2 extra.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle around. Ordered through Uber for delivery, the first time, the whole order was screwed up. Uber refunded me the order, and I should’ve just gotten something else, but I was determined to have Chipotle. Re-ordered, and the second order is messed up, too.
