The available tables are regularly all dirty. Garbage cans and floor are shameful, too. Up until about 3-4 years ago this location was good. Service is nonexistent. Servers are known to be ‘stingy’ with protein portions especially, unlike other locations.

Hi so I went there a couple times, every single time had my orders skimped in sizes. Today was the last straw, one of the worker gave me one spoon of rice and half a scoop of chicken. This is outrageous! These people are so greedy that they would skimp a 20 cent serving of rice

I used to eat at this location 3-4 times per week. I knew the staff. The managers were professionals. I now eat here about monthly. I do like chipotle. I do eat at other locations nationally. The Northbrook location 10 minutes away is much better.
So what’s wrong – this location is always dirty. Like today. Today they had plenty of staff. And this being a holiday week store was very slow. Yet most tables were dirty.
The line person and cashier were efficient. But no smiles, please or thank you. I ate in and the food was stone cold. Not sure how chicken, black beans and brown rice is served cold. I know it can be served warm or hot.
Today there was silverware. Sometimes they have run out. So that was good.
Overall it’s a real shame. I live and work within 10 minutes. No longer my go to. But I continue to go since I like Chipotle.

DONT EVER COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE!! CHECK RECENT REVIEWS!!!
If you’re thinking about coming to this one don’t. Came in and the guy gives me an half scoop of chicken, the employee shrugs me off and says thats all I can give. I ask to talk to the manager about the portion sizes and the employee serving me starts getting visibly frustrated and says “seriously?” The manager comes out snarky and rude not willing to provide any solution at all. Completely unprofessional management. I came at a time where they were not busy and the place was still filthy. They are always missing items and the employees look at you like they are mad that you came in. I’ve lived nearby all my life and this place continues to go down in quality. Look at all the recent reviews. It is apparent that management doesn’t care.

This is never a stellar experience at this store. Always out of key items it seems everytime I go there. Out of steak, out of chicken… the store looks dated and worn. And their portions per construction of said meal is borderline pitiful. Like so penny pinching its ridiculous. If you ask for a little more chicken for example they wanted to charge more. Make it properly first time … not happy with this store. And I live locally.

Staff is rude 90% of the time, food is always cold and small portions. Stopped going here a while ago and go to the northbrook location instead, gave it another shot today and the employee at the front wouldn’t look at us and gave the smallest scoops possible.

They constantly forget items on mobile orders. This is not an isolated experience. 4/5 times I do a mobile order something is missing.
For example, tonight I ordered two quesadillas, which come with three sides/salsas. THREE.
They’ve even designed the boxes with THREE slots for the sides. Simple enough, right?
WRONG.
BOTH quesadillas were missing sides (again). One missing black beans and the other missing pico de gallo.
“Maybe they were out” you must be thinking to yourself
WRONG.
As is clear from the photos, they had pico. And they had beans. Not sure if their employees don’t care or cannot count to THREE.
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS LOOK INTO THE BOX TO KNOW THAT THE ORDER IS INCOMPLETE.

It was my fault. My fault for reading the reviews and then STILL walking in since I had a Chipotle craving. Big mistake. The rice was hard and portions are less than compared to other Chipotles. The place definitely needs more attention to cleaning. Don’t do the same thing I did and give them a chance. I already gave them my money but for all those reading this DON’T DO IT
