I’m from Canada, visiting Kalispell Montana after my visit to Glacier National Park. The location is amazing and we always eat at Chipotle but I never had such bad experience any other location. The food was amazing as always but the quantity they are giving is much less. The Dine-in area is full of dirt and mess everywhere. I think they are not giving much importance to cleaning if that’s the case they must put sign at front that only take out NOT dine-in.
I’m very disappointed as not even single table is clean where I can enjoy my food. Specially with kids it’s need be clean and disinfected after every use. Anyways food is good but not recommended if you are looking for dine-in.

I am completely grossed out by the negligence of this establishment. As I bite into my quesadilla there is a large piece of plastic inside of it!!!! This is disgusting. Could have cut my mouth, choked on it, unsanitary the list goes on. Just flat out gross. I pay almost $20 for a meal and get plastic inside my food!

This place is hit or miss, mostly miss. Once a month the food will actually have flavor and I won’t be getting chicken tendon in every bite. Also why is the chicken sitting in a tub of water? They scoop the chicken out of the tub and there’s a waterfall off of the spoon. Also some days there’s peices of meat that are about a pound in size. Like no I don’t want one bite of only chicken tendon. Whoever manages this place needs a new job!!!

This place is absolutely garbage! The portions were small, steak was dry and clearly been sitting there for awhile, they bag the chips and they just sit there and get stale and cold. I mean the quality of Chipotle has gone downhill in years past but I didn’t know it was this bad. It’s expensive and they nickel and dime you for everything. They offer queso and guacamole but don’t mention it cost extra. I used to love chipotle but I can honestly say I’ll never go back! Qdoba is so much better, fresher, and more affordable. Don’t waste your time here. Qdoba is just up the road a mile!!!

Chipotle food wise is always impressive, I received good proportions of the food I wanted. But the staff were obviously very lazy. It was around 2:30 and everything was a complete mess. Ice everywhere, all the tables were uncleaned and smeared with residue. Meanwhile staff were just sitting on their phones and occasionally going to get drinks. Honestly I was somewhat disgusted sitting in there and eating. I suggest just taking it to your house. It’s an appetite ruiner in there.

I’m a Chipotle rewards member and we came in because I was sent a BOGO entree reward on my app. The food was better than in the past BUT the cashier took ALL my points, charged us full price, and didn’t give us the BOGO. They said it was twenty dollars but charged my card full price $31.00. So I lost all my points, was charged full price, and they didn’t use my coupon. This is why we hadn’t been back in awhile, it wasn’t staffed half the time, they were out of lots of ingredients last time and now this :/ super disappointing this location can’t get their act together because we love Chipotle.

Stopped in last weekend for a quick dinner. Truly appalled by the lack of cleanliness. Everywhere you looked was dirty and disgusting. Didn’t take pictures of the food line, but food was smeared all over and the glass divider was filthy. The staff seem out of it and sluggish. Given how the restaurant looked, makes you wonder how your food is being handled? Surprised corporate hasn’t shut this location down or that the health dept hasn’t visited. Don’t understand why this place struggles so much, everywhere in the valley is short staffed, but none of them look this gross.
