Worst Chipotle eve!! Literally always out of something, yet I keep coming back. Now they just close at random times so you never know until you get to the door if you’ll be able to order anything at all. Tonight there was a sign on the door that they were only taking online orders because they were understaffed, okay fine. Order online, pay, and it says it will be ready at 8:30. Get to the window and there’s a sign that says they are closed and to call for refunds. Meanwhile, there are 3 staff members in the building running around and laughing while I sat at the window and no one came to answer at all. Chipotle was my absolute fave but this location is so bad it managed to finally say never again. Also, I want my money back!

The lobby was open last Saturday and was really busy, the food was great and so was the service. We went back again to get food on Sunday but the lobby wasn’t open (although you can order online the website wouldn’t accept our Canadian credit/debit cards). Hopefully they can attract and retain more staff so they can be open fully on a consistent basis. Other stores in the area like Starbucks also have similar problems and only open half of the day too.

I’ve been to this location 4 times over the past 2 years. I’ve only come away with food once as the dining room is usually closed. Here’s a thought! Perhaps the lousy management / owner should pay the staff enough so they aren’t short staffed all the time. The extra profits they would make from the dining room being open would cover the increase in payroll.

This place is a joke. Shut the place down if you can’t hire staff. Meanwhile they close randomly and you only find out upon arrival. Don’t believe anything you see online about them being open til 10pm. They even let you place online orders and you only discover they are closed when you get there. There will be a sign saying contact corporate for a refund, and even if you do that they will agree to a refund that, guess what, never happens! I’m sitting in their parking lot right watching endless people park and walk to the door to be met with a “closed at 4 today” temp sign. What a joke!

Food was good, staff was nice but it’s a bit ridiculous that it’s only open 5 hours a day. If McDonald’s and other restaurants can staff their facilities it seems like Chipotle could too. If you want to eat there make sure you do it between 11am and 4pm..

Start paying your employees a fair wage and the service will improve. I can’t help but feel bad for their “rude” staff. They’re only moody because they could care less about working here. Cmon management team!! This is the WORST RATED Chipotle in the entire COUNTRY! How can you mess up a Chipotle this bad?! I advise everyone goes to Qdoba instead.

Every chipotle I have ever been has always been great but this one in Kalispell has to be the worst joint I have ever been to. The place closes several hours early. The service sucks. They are always out of chips and guacamole – duh did you know that your name starts with chips. You see guys in there but the place is closed, what are that really doing because they don’t even except takeout or online pickup only when it is convenient for them. I drive from Libby, 6 times so far this has happened. You guys should all be fired, how do you stay in business.

Never open! Always closed. Phone never rings, app always says zzzz. You have to drive all the way there just to see that they are once again closed! I bet you spend more on rent than you make in a week. 4 weeks in a row promotion? It’s never open to get the rewards. Sell it and let someone else succeed!

Worst location in the country. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this chipotle. The 4-5 times that I have tried to eat here I have only been successful once and I had to settle for half the ingredients because they were out. I decided to give them another try today and ordered online. Showed up to pick up and lo and behold, closed…. Now I have to deal with it and call on my own time to get my refund. Regardless of their online listed hours I can almost guarantee that when you go they will be closed with a paper sign on the door saying either they are understaffed or they ran out of ingredients. It’s a total catastrophic failure of a Chipotle. I’d rather eat a Twinkie from the gas station than deal with this place. I’m shocked this clown show hasn’t been shutdown by corporate. Avoid.
