It’s gotten so bad that it’s 100% worth driving across town to Qdoba instead. Even Cafe Rio is superior, and it’s not my cup of tea. RIP GF Chipotle, I guess.
I have to be honest when they first opened my husband and I went there and it was horrible. Perhaps it was only the cook. Because last night, we decided to give another try. And are we so happy that we did yes! The seasoning was just right, the freshness was out of this world.And we will definitely be back. So here’s the thing, if you try something once and you don’t care for it, be sure to give them another shot.Because it could be something as simple as someone new to cooking or working with those spices that they have, that makes all the difference in the world. We are so happy that we went back last night. And by the way , they have fantastic mexican cokes
Placed a mobile pickup order for 2 bowls and when I got home I pulled the lids off the bowls and noticed they where plated with about half the normal amount of food that is usually served. The store was called immediately to notify them we where shorted and they told me to bring the bowls back so they could see the portions that where given and that they’d remake our order. After arriving back at the store they took the first two bowls that where made back and handed me the remade order, I then opened the bowls to check portion sizes and the new bowls had the same portion size as the original bowl and when I asked about the original order the manager told me the food was thrown away 2/10 would not recommend.
The next morning I went into the store to try to correct the situation. The franchise owner or manager was not on site. The only management person there was the kitchen manager. He was totally unable to respond to my situation.
This location is currently a joke and should not be patronized.
As I left the restaurant I asked either the franchise owner or the manager to call me back. To date I have not received any contact.
