Visited this one around 2:30pm. The staff was super welcoming and there was no line. Food was delicious and portion sizes were generous! It was freezing outside so I decided to dine in and felt right at home with how clean it was. I’d definitely recommend this location.

This place needs to be closed down due to numerous health and cleanliness concerns. I wish this occured only on one visit, but this is the third time and I cannot eat here anymore. I am DONE! The food portions were significantly smaller than other stores. They gave me 3 beans for one taco..YES…three tiny beans and the bean juice(no beans) on the other two. I swear I paid $12 for about $ 2 worth of food. Way to increase profits by giving your customers as little as possible!!

This place is beyond dirty. The staff talks away, even though there is no customers in line, yet let this place looks like a third world country. Finger prints everywhere. Food scraps on everything every table, on the floor, on the chairs…YUCK! The garage outside was all over the parking lot.
If this place looks this terrible to the public, we should all be concerned what the back looks like and where the food is made. Surprised a food poisoning outbreak hasn’t happened here yet! Only time will tell!

Dirty, but if I had not looked at my receipt I would not have seen they charged me for extra items I didn’t order. This has happened before and I blew it off. DON’T LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT!!! 6.87 over 52 weeks is $375 shit adds up.

I was here on 03-01 at like 2pm and they ad no cheese, the prepline top where they built my burrito was just covered in spilled sauce, sour cream, food, etc. They pulled a salsa container and spilled a sauce i didn’t order all over my burrito and instead of offering to replace it the goofball who spilled all over ALMOST reached in w his finger to wipe it off my burrito. Then the slide my burrito right through the spilled salsa and old food and sour cream w no care. I finally said something because my wrapper was cover in old food and instead of replacing the tin foil he grabbed another foil and just double wrapped it. Quality control and management is non existent. I NEVER write bad reviews but this was over the top terrible.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I love Chipotle but this one is a dive and the service sucks and the food sucks. I just placed a delivery order and paid for guacamole and my guacamole was missing. I tried calling the place and you can’t talk to anyone there. You just get an automated robot that tells you you can’t talk to anybody. I have been to this place in person as well and been unhappy every time I go there. This place really needs some help because there are a lot of really good Chipotles out there but this one is absolutely the worst I’ve been to!!

This store is disgusting. The counter that you pay at is the most disgusting looking thing I think I’ve ever seen. Every table was filthy and nobody ever washed a table. The wall, windows, windows ledges abd curtains were all disgusting. There is 0% chance that this floor has been swept or mopped in days.

On Thursday, January 8th, I entered the store at 9:42 PM, under the assumption that it closed at 11 PM, similar to the downtown location. I later learned that this location closes at 10 PM. However, upon entering, I was met with loud and unnecessary reactions from the employees, who were upset that I had arrived so close to closing time. This behavior was entirely unprofessional and inappropriate.
If i had known they closed at 10 i would not have came in 20 minutes before close although i should have still been able to receive service. Instead, I noticed that the front line had already been taken down. And with the employees visibility be so unwilling to serve me i left right away.

This is not a bad Chipotle even though it’s a little busy.
This Chipotle can use a little bit more management. Younger employees standing around not really paying attention. Trash cans are a little full and the napkin station a little empty.
But my chicken burrito bowl was quite good. They didn’t skip on the ingredients.

Messy floor, tables, chairs, and food prep area. Employee dumped the lettuce for my bowl on the dirty counter and put it back on my food. I threw it out.
