DO NOT GO HERE!!! We placed a mobile order for only 2 things. The app told us that it was going to be ready by 7:40. We ended waiting 45 minutes for our food and there were several other people in there waiting for mobile orders and several people were walking out empty handed. While waiting, they had a worker clock out for his break. After asking again for our food we had found out it was sitting there. They knew we were sitting there waiting for our food but never said anything to us or called out names. The place is also disgusting and needs to be cleaned. Garbages overflowing, trash all over the floor, crumbs everywhere. Will not be visiting again.

The line was extremely long. I had to wait approximately 25 minutes as the service was extremely slow. The corn was ice cold and they did not put enough cheese. However, everything else was delicious and they put a lot of sour cream, which was good. The restaurant wasn’t very clean though. The toilet was all clogged up.

I paid extra for guacamole on an online order and didn’t get it along with several toppings I asked for. I paid $60 for an order in total to be the most disappointed I’ve ever been. Pathetic. Posted is what I ordered, vs what I got. I even stirred it around to check and make sure it wasn’t hidden underneath.

So disappointing. We did an online order for pick up. Not sure what happened this time. I did review our order twice to make sure I didn’t mess up. Our two burrito bowls contained an obscenely small quantity of meat (we ordered and paid for double meat), and a mass quantity of white rice, no queso (also paid for), wrong type of salsa, and both orders contained chicken and black beans, when one should have been Chipotle honey chicken and one should have had no beans. Also, both had white rice when one should have had brown. Love Chipotle but this order fell flat. Sigh.

They’re a non functional store. Every time we go it’s one issue or another. Half the time isn’t online ordering and they mess it up so you’re there for over an hour just to get food that should’ve been less than 20 minutes..

Can’t even call in to see if they’ve been restocked.

Dirty. Kitchen was stacked with dirty dishes, the flatop had meat packed in the drip trays but nothing cooking on the actual top. At the refreshment station the juices were not filled, no napkins, no tobacco, no forks, dirty tables, floors were dirty.
Staff: all but the two young gentlemen making the burritos/tacos/bowls were unenthusiastic. Some standing around while dirty tables could have been cleaned.

They were out of white rice, pinto beans, tobasco, and the two in the kitchen were gabbing while slowly chopping vegetables?

The tables are always dirty. Line was long. Asked if they had the watermelon lemonade available and they said yes so I paid, but they didn’t. I ordered a burrito and got a literal ball instead. Way too expensive for the amount I got.
Edit: and the tomatoes were very unripe.

I have low standards for Chipotle in general, but this was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Extremely dirty with food all over the floor and counters. There wasn’t a single table clean.

Every single trash bin was overflowing and there were at least 5 employees actively working — no line of customers. No cleaning….no utensils, and the bathroom was awful. Staff on their phones and having conversations that shouldn’t be had in front of customers. Will not come back. This was ridiculous.

Short walk-in line but take out orders were busy. The 3 people working at the to-go order station spent more time talking to each other and yelling out to the restaurant than they were behind on orders than I saw them actually making orders. There were at least 8 or 9 people in the kitchen area so staffing didn’t seem like an issue- but who knows. Restaurant seating area was a complete mess-garbages were overflowing and there was trash everywhere. Also noticed food all over the floor in the parts of the kitchen that were visible. I can certainly appreciate delays when they are busy but this seemed a little off and there certainly wasn’t much urgency from staff to keep orders going.
